I hope it works tbh. As I said, I'm fed up of We Found Love. No way does it deserve 8 weeks at #1 or whatever it's on atm.

 

Although part of me hopes she doesn't break the record, as her only really good songs have been Firework and E.T., and a lot of people are going to hate her SO much. :lol:

 

I'm not sure how much it'll do though. B.o.B has probably done like 100 remixes for other artists, yet there only one that I can think of that even made the top 100 on US iTunes (Blow by Ke$ha).

It's not desperate by HER. :lol: It's her label who are to blame. But anyway, if 'Firework' could get to number one then this song deserves number 1 for at leats the same amount of time as BEP's 'Boom Boom Pow'! :lol: At least B.o.B. is somewhat relevant at the moment (unlike Missy Elliott) - and it looks like her label have got a bit of hype surrounding the B.o.B. version!) and it's easily my favourite from Katy and I'm not that big a fan of Michael personally so I would LOVE to see her get the record. I think it's nice that there is a label out there that does want to get behind it's act and help them.

 

Does the US not have their own "59p Songs" thing, anyway? :o I thought they were one of the first to sell chart songs at discounted prices. :lol:

Rihanna still #1 on the Hot 100, for a seventh week, matching her longest run there with both 'Umbrella' and 'Love The Way You Lie'. Looks like she'll beat that this week as her airplay is still unbeatably high (and increasing). Also beating Adele for the longest running #1 of the year.

 

LMFAO have now been the H100 #2 for 6 weeks and I think they could stay there even longer :o

They release the remix too soon... The airplay of TOTGA is not high enough to make it #1 on Hot 100 unless the remix really smashes which is I don't think will happen during the holidays.

 

Interesting anyway.
