Adele is confirmed to be performing on Jonathan Ross' new ITV show, and a few days ago rumours circulated that she will be performing her latest single. ITV have just put this on their website:

 

Jonathan Ross, the king of chat, is back! In his first show for ITV, Jonathan will be chatting to Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton, singing sensation Adele and actress Sarah Jessica Parker. Adele will also be performing Rumour Has It.

 

A good choice, in my opinion. :D

I would personally have preferred Don't You Remember or Turning Tables, but never mind - still a good song :D

WHAT. I didn't even know this was in contention. This is one of the first songs I heard from 21 and one of my faves, even if I would've preferred 'Turning Tables' but I understand why this was chosen instead after two very ballady singles.

Liam never said she would release this after 'Someone Like You' in the US, he just said it's very likely for it to be released at some point, which could be before or after 'Set Fire To The Rain'.

The best choice possible! It's not my favourite song, but another ballad would kill her (and it'll be huge in the US, as others have said).

Don't You Remember, Take It All and Turning Tables are my faves from the album, but Rumour Has It is a brilliant song.

Apparently she sang 'Turning Tables' instead of 'Rumour Has It', and also sung 'Someone Like You' for the audience. Hopefully on the show she'll say what the single really is.

I don't mind this, the chorus is a little annoying.

I would've preferred 'I'll Be Waiting', not a ballad and more upbeat than other possibilities.

She sang 'Turning Tables' but there was no mention of a next single at all.

It's a very hit and miss song with people.

I'll unpin this for now, whilst we're uncertain what the next single will be. There's already a thread for 'Turning Tables' if that's made a single, so we'll use that or this one, depending what the single will be.

This is a great release for November if it goes that way.

Pretty impressive, considering she had no airplay. The sales must have factored 99% of its position. I think America will embrace this song .
