Chocolate has just come on shuffle and I always forget just how GOOD this song is! It's absolutely lush, and it's made me sad about its exclusion from Step Back in Time now. Definitely think it could've slotted in around the Please Stay / 2 Hearts / Red Blooded Woman section of disc 1.

I've listened to 'Chocolate' a few times recently too and the production of the track is so good! I agree it would have slotted in nicely in that area of the album. A shame it didn't make it although I can see why it was left off if it had to be that some songs were to be omitted.

Breathe.

Such a stunning song. I'm so grateful that The Definitive Collection introduced me to this gem.

Last night I listened to Dannii's 1995 Sessions album for the first time in a very long time. I had already forgotten most of the songs, but I still love the opener "Free Your Love". It would have been a great lead single, but IMO there's not much other single material on the album, so I get why it wasn't released back then. Dannii's other 90's albums are stronger.

I've just been listening to Janet Jackson's Rhythm Nation album and the outro to 'Come Back to Me' sounded very familiar... turns out it was 'Loving Days':

I know Kylie references 'The Pleasure Principle' in 'Secret (Take You Home)' on this album and she's sampled Janet in the past with 'Too Much of a Good Thing', so it's not surprising to see Janet's influence, but I can't seem to find any credit to her in regards to 'Loving Days'.

Talking about it the other day on here reminded me how much I love ‘Sleeping With The Enemy’ - have just streamed it a few times

Same here! Still blows me away when I hear it now. Possibly my favourite album track of hers from the last decade?
I've made my own little (EP) of Fever (B-Sides), which is what Kylie songs I'm listening to at the moment =

1. Rendezvous At Sunset
2. Boy
3. Tightrope
4. Good Like That
5. Never Spoken
6. Harmony
7. Baby
8. Whenever You Feel Like It (I know this wasn't a B-Side, but it was on the special edition re-release & included it to add to the numbers)

'Good Like That' & 'Tightrope' are my faves here & should have made the album over 'Give It To Me'. In-fact all of these are amazing, although 'WYFLI' not quite up to par with the rest, however this is still a pretty solid list of songs.
I remember I bought the Scooby Doo soundtrack because Whenever You Feel Like It was on it, because Kylie was worth it.

 I have multiple copies of the CD in my Kylie collection because of this song

They're my favourites too, both would have made wonderful additions to the album. I like 'Give It to Me' but if I had to bump two songs out in place of them, it would be that and 'Dancefloor'.

Giving the ‘Boombox’ remix album a stream - absolutely love that we got this set of remixes as an album even though most people don’t care much for it

It’s my perfect pre-going out album too

I don't really return to the album as a whole but there is a handful of remixes there that I love: 'Boombox', 'Can't Get Blue Monday Out of My Head', 'Come Into My World', 'Your Disco Needs You' and 'Slow'.

Another remix from Noughties I like is the Tom Middleton mix of 'Chocolate', it's essentially a dub but the production is magical. Annoying it is incorrectly listed as 'City Games' on Spotify!

I usually hate remix albums - they always seem a bit of a pointless cash in tbh like the one Deconstruction/BMG done which featured the Impossible Princess tracks (Although I think it was more of a way of getting out of their deal with Kylie more than anything due to contractual clauses) But I think ‘Boombox’ works really well as a project.
Ya I'm not a remix fan and especially remix albums, I only buy the albums for the collection and listen to them about once.

After listening to body language throughout the day I needed a fix of the Kylie I love.

All The Lovers.
