01 Sophie 8.5/10 - Not because she sung Katy Perry - but because of how understated and mellow and OOOH BEAUTIFUL it was.

02 Amelia 7/10 - Verses good, chorus a bit iffy and strained. I did it enjoy it, but probably only enjoyed it loads because I really wanted to love it.

03 Frankie 6.5/10 - A bit bland, but he was decent - and this is coming from somebody who hates him. It all felt a bit too slow - it was like he wanted to speed it up, but the backing track wouldn't let him. That did suit him though.

04 Rhythmix 6/10 - Better than I expected. It was a bit messy, and the harmonies were off - but there was something weirdly enjoyable about it.

05 Jonjo 5/10 - He's not bad, but there's no way to sing that song and not sound karaoke? Poor song choice, decently sung - but overall, pretty forgettable!

06 Jonny 5/10 - 1.5 for vocals, 3.5 for humour. I just kinda sat there shaking my head and laughing. It's exactly how I see Mikey doing a performance, if he were to go on X Factor.

Jonjo - *deep breath* There was nothing about this performance that said "special" or "look at me". The song didn't suit him in the slightest. It was boring typical karaoke and he didn't have a good enough voice for it to even be ok to do karaoke. A cabbage would have had more charisma on stage than him and every moment that went by was a moment I was wondering when on earth it was going to end. 0/10

 

Also I like how they made sure to mention he was a soldier.

Sophie is my favourite so far. I thought Jonjo was alright and the judges comments were fair-however I can't believe they were wuite that harsh on him when they gave Rhythmix, Johnny and Frankie much more praise. I can't see him being here next week, he should have picked a better song.

Jonjo - I thought his performance got gradually better as it went on, started of bland but I actually thought his vocals were good towards the end. Gary's comment was completely just nasty to be nasty aswell - stop with your Cowell impression Gary, at least Cowell has that charisma to pull it off. - 6.0/10.0

Really surprised with Sophie! :o I reckon she could've been this year's Rebecca Ferguson if it wasn't for the twist this week. Rhythmix also surprised me too! Tulisa looks like she is an amazing mentor and knows what she's doing! The other three were varying levels of crap.

To think I am looking forward to 2shoes I am that bored.

I know what you mean about Jonjo. At first I thought 'where has his great rock voice gone?' He got into it more towards the end but he should have been better.

Rythmix: A lot better than I expected. Gary: "Best girlband to ever be on X Factor".. Well that wasn't hard was it? Think they'll connect with the public better than the likes of Belle Amie, Badlashes, Girlband etc.., but not enough to last long 06.0

 

Frankie Cocozza: I find him overated.. Voice and looks. Decent enough performance though and plus points for the song choice 06.5

 

Sophie Habibis: I love her voice. Really want her to do well, but Kelly will sent her home tomorrow unfortunately.. No way she'll be kept in ahead of Amelia, Misha and Janet 08.0

 

Jonjo Kerr: And once again Louis' attempt to ruin one of his acts. Cheesy.. Although, I wouldn't be surprised to see the public keep him in week after week due to the army connection. It worked on Dancing On Ice 05.0

This was exactly how I like my pop music. 115% trash. They have great vocals. Not sure on the song choice by Tulisa but I still LOVED this. The levels of trashypop in this was so high it could be an Ashton BJSC entry.

A bit disappointing, but I think the song choice is mainly to blame. When they were trying to harmonise the 'oohs' it didn't really work :( I loved Louis bopping along to it though! :lol:
