As long as Kelly says "Put it down" at least 12 times I couldn't give a shit what the theme is :heehee:

Katy Perry & The Wanted performing, so nothing to exciteable on that front.

E.T performed by Amelia, Teenage Dream performed by Sophie, Firework performed by Sami (I think if i recall correctly) (ofcourse Katy too!) and then another song from Teenage Dream performed by Perry herself next week  X Factor really supported this record!

We so need an X Factor drinking game to include every time Kelly says Put It Down or Louis says I Want You In The Final!

If Louis has his way the entire population of Britain & Ireland would be in the final. :P

Hell yes. We'd be vomiting after 3 performances though.

Hey it might help if we get a week full of dud performances....

Also now to include everytime Gary states he's leaving or Tulisa says that this is the year a group will win.

If we get dud performances I might vomit out of sheer boredom.

Nu Vibe are favourite to go this week, on 2/1, followed by Rhythmix (3/1) and Kitty (9/2). How I would LOVE Nu Vibe to be the first out - or even the two groups to be the bottom two :D
You'd think Nu Vibe would hang around with the teenage girl votes. Perhaps the bookies think the country will still be really pissed about 2 Shoes

Nu Vibe will probably be overshadowed by The Risk.

I wouldn't be at all surprised by a Nu Vibe / Rhythmix bottom two but then the level of vitriol for Kitty does surpass any other contestant possibly in the history of the show so she might be a given.

I don't entirely understand the Kitty-hate to be honest. Even my mum who's in her 80's quite likes her - she thinks the mad things she does are just fun. My mum will overlook most 'quirks' as long as she can recognise that there IS a voice there (which Kitty does actually have - she's probably a better singer than half a dozen of the others that are left.) Now Frankie on the other hand - even as an 80-odd year old - my mum thinks he is sh/te! And it isn't anything to do with his hair or his tattooed arse - she just agrees his voice is crap - and even at her age - she wouldn't fancy him!

I agree - Nu Vibe and Rhythmix to be bottom two (it'd be great if Frankie was but we all know he's been Teflon-coated since the auditions).

So it has just come to my attention that Frankie's family is good friends with Jason Orange? Interesting.

James I truly don't think the 'Orange' factor has anything to do with it (partially because I don't believe Gary has much thought for Jason Orange in the first place). To me it just seems that Gary is way behind the times and thinks Frankie has this 'X-Factor'. He sees something of Robbie in Frankie and he doesn't want to miss the bus! It escapes him of course that Robbie hasn't made a dint in the US market (despite Gary saying he wants to find an 'international star' from this series of XF).

On another note - James - can I apologise to you - its something I've been meaning to do for quite a while - ever since the Buzzrate thing! I think I made a cheap and sarky comment and it wasn't very nice of me at all! I'll quite understand if you don't accept my apology - but I'd like you to as I do like some of your posts.

^No-one on this show is going to be an international star. SyCo are even taking a huge gamble on letting the act crack the British market. SyCo is a very small record label, and unless they push all their efforts in to helping the star break the market then they'll flop in the UK, never mind America! It's imo why they poorly handle so many acts. They've got very good contacts, but poor logistical skills. I think acts would be much better on RCA and Epic opposed to SyCo if they win the competition. It's why they've shunted Leona to 2012, and are focusing all their efforts on One Direction (and Labrinth aswell, although I don't think he needs as big a push).

There are good acts on the show, but I can't really see any of them having any long lasting appeal.

I love Rhythmix and they're probably my fave after Misha :( :( Genuinely think they're better than the likes of Belle Amie, Hope, Girlband etc.
