I'm divided with Misha. See I love her and her singing, and she's on of those acts that everyone looks forward to every week (like Kitty, Jedward, Cher Lloyd and for me, Rhythmix).

BUTTTTT, after hearing Tulis and Louis' comments last night, it's kinda put me off her a bit. :( I don't blame any of the contestants for not liking her.. I mean, I would feel seriously intimidated by her.

And I get the impression that no one in the house really likes her. We're already seeing a few friendships evolve (Jonny/Sami, Jonny/Janet, Craig/Marcus) and we don't really see her with anyone as such. Anyone see this?

I am sorry, but I still believe that Tulisa did it tactically and it was all just very childish. This is coming from someone who is bestfriends and in a band with someone who sent a death threat to a Radio 1 listener for saying they didn't like him and his hats. It again, is the fact that she brought it up, when she didn't let Misha have the chance to tell her, her side of the story. It most certainly is 'unprofessional'.

The fact is that they are meant to be professionals and are meant to be mature, more mature than Misha who is only 19, and yet they were the ones being childish and unfair.

Tulisa is NOT Dappy. She might be his cousin and friend but I very much doubt she condoned (or knew beforehand) what he did. That's a completely seperate issue.

I don't even think it was Tulisa's idea to bring it up. She was probably told to do so by the producers, who may have tried to sort the problem out backstage and failed. If she is behaving like a bully and causing problems, she deserves a bit of public humiliation. It's hardly unfair. You mentioned earlier that this is different to the real world. So if your on TV and have a lot of loons, we should hide your real personality from the public?

And Tulisa is being made into way too much of a villain. She HEAPED praise on Misha to begin with, and when she mentioned the incidents, she mentioned it in a constructive way. She didn't sit there saying 'you're a bully, you're horrible, you deserve to die and no one should vote for you'. She was offering advice and as you already pointed out with the Dappy incident, she's sort of been there herself so why not.

Personally I find Misha way too overrated and bullying or no, I wouldn't miss her if she were voted out. But she won't be.

And the end of the day though, it's not Big Brother, who cares what she's like? If she can sing (which god she can) then that's what matters... Anyway, you really don't know what's true and what's not, everything's being thrown around about everyone and it's barely even a singing contest anymore :( It's just all backstage drama, mentoring fails and personal life dramas. For all we know, she could be totally innocent. Funny how all this drama erupts in one night, just days after Simon gets worried about ratings and tells the judges to 'up their game'...

Ofcourse they are looking for drama, they want vieings to be high, and they clearly believe arguments will get it there, but really they should be focussing on right song choices and better performances that is the main thing that will attract viewers (even though its still #1 most watched programme on TV but still they want figures higher )

Tulisa still chose the songs though, and backed her decision, she did seem to realise though that she may have got the wrong end of the stick at least.

First of all, if anybody thinks what Tulisa did to Misha was bullying, then the definition of bullying is being very loosely used.

Secondely, do any of you know what Misha is alledged to have said? There's two seperate incidents. One involving a member of the X Factor staff, and one involving a contestant/(s). If you knew what she had allegedly done to one of the contestants then I'm bloody well sure a good 90% of you would change your opinion on her.

Mud sticks unfortunately, especially when you're appearing on the biggest show on television. There's no way the public/the media are going to forget this.

Allegedly she taunted Sami about the fact she was going to sing on cruise ships while Misha has a massive career, If that is true then I will change my opinion on Sami and say she is well and truly not cut out mentally to be in the music industry.

X Factor is a dog eat dog competition no room for wallflowers and the weak minded.

So what if Misha displays 'diva' behaviour, it is almost a requirement in a successful recording artist, John Lennon, Elton John, Freddie Mercury, Liza Minelli, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey, Beyonce to name a few are legendary for their 'diva' behaviour. Pete Doherty, Noel Gallagher, Liam Gallagher are hardly boy scouts either.

That's the thing though. XF isn't about being a singing contest anymore if ever it was. If you want to see a singing contest, watch a rerun of Pop Idol from 10 years ago. XF is about entertainment first and foremost.

And I think it does matter what she's like. I don't want to waste my money on a bully (which isn't confirmed and nor would I vote for her either way). People have to like her as well as her voice to vote for her. And besides which her voice isn't even all that. She impresses with her confidence and how she acts as a performer. Her vocals aren't actually that good IMO.

There's being a diva and then there's being an arrogant/over confident, bitch. She needs to reign in her arrogance at this early stage. She's not made it yet. She can pretend to be all innocent and pretend like nothing's going on, but I knew from week 1 there was something fake about her on stage persona. I dunno (I think I did say that in one of the threads, so I'm not jumping on the bandwagon :P) I just don't "get" her and I don't think I ever will. So bleh. Not going to waste too much more time on her tbh.

Ultimately it is a singing contest to find an international recording artist and now that Amelia is gone Misha is head and shoulders above the rest of the field in terms of singing talent and is probably the one in the field that could sell records globally, the new Grace Jones IMHO.

Having someone who is a nice guy/girl win has been tried and failed several times now on X Factor as we have had a succession of nice people who are ultimately bland win the series so maybe it is time someone with a nasty streak and a bit of fire in them won the show.

Because that's so happened more than once in 7 previous series......

So I am wrong then? So as a teacher in school I should judge a bullying situation on how talented the bully in question is? 'I'm sorry, mate, but the bully is more naturally talented and has potential to be a massive star so grow a pair and leave it all out the classroom'. Bullying, if the accusations are true and I suspect they could be, should be dealt with the same in any situation.

'You have to be nasty to get ahead' isn't the message I'd want to be promoting.

I think people need to think about the producers role in this - they like drama and arguments, like Liam said, there's apparently been worries about ratings, press etc. this bullying story will give the press something to talk bollocks about for weeks!

These people are all grown adults. All with experience of the real world, Janet the possible exception because of her age.

Someone who is not fully developed mentally/physically, a child at school, is likely to be affected by bullying and rightly need protection but these people are grown adults, a bit of name calling and mind games is not to me enough to turn against a contestant.

If Misha went up to Sami and punched her that is different, instant expulsion from the series should happen in that case but "sticks and stones........" should apply here.

OK, I'm gonna try an not get angry here. Just because you are older and mature does NOT mean that you can't be affected just as badly by bullying and it doesn't make any bully in question a better person for targetting older people. I experienced the worst bullying in my life at age 20 when I was at uni. I wasn't punched or anything but my life was made a misery and a lot of my mates were reluctant to stick up for me in fear the bullies would turn on them too. It has seriously affected me. I have only this year begun to discuss the incidents with my family and begun to trust other people again.

I'm not asking you to turn against Misha, I just believe that if she is a bully, it shouldn't be hidden away as she is more likely to change her ways and think about it more after a public humiliation.

I am basing my opinion purely on the "I will be a megastar you will be on a cruise ship" claim to Sami that was reported to have badly upset Sami and caused the argument according to a Daily Star journo on Twitter.

If that is all this is about then the lynch mob are out in force over something minor.

If some more serious stuff has happened behind the scenes then it should be made public for the public to judge and I would probably change my opinion but Tulisa and Louis are fanning the flames without stating the facts.

The thing is, realistically Misha has no chance of winning anyway. Even as a fan I can admit that, she's too dynamic and modern. The key voting demographic want someone nice and safe like The Risk or Janet who only do one type of thing. Which is fine, I love Janet (The Risk are getting dull though), but I'd much rather Misha won.

It's becoming too hard to watch X Factor now - most of them have yet to hit a note in tune - the singing has really taken a back seat this year :(.

At least Kitty saved last nights show with an absolute blinder of a performance. :D

To be fair though, the singing started taking a back seat in 2009 when the likes of Jedward and Danyl Johnson made the live finals. ** shudders **

To be totally honest, I don't want Misha to win X Factor. Why? Look at Cher Lloyd, One Direction and especially Olly Murs and JLS for proving that it isn't about the winning - it's about the establishing of a new artist. Heck! Even Jedward are somehow doing well enough to keep their career going for another 15 minutes.

Janet would be an incredible winner because Syco will have to handle her so whilst she fades into the background, the likes of Misha can get record deals elsewhere where they actually nurture the talent given and get the most out of it. I'd be surprised if JLS or Olly Murs would be this successful under full Syco management (I'm assuming they aren't?).

There was novelty acts before that though.

Chico for example was way before Jedward.

X Factor needs to totally restructure, get rid of the 4 catergories and just have the judges hand pick the 12-16 best contestants, if they all happen to be girls or all happen to be boys then so what, the catergories need to go

We lost the best singer X Factor has ever had (Amelia Lily) while inferior singers were saved because they were in weak catergories plus the likes of Jade Richards and Melanie McCabe never even made the finals and are better than anything currently in the competition.

Tbh, if she says something like that, I don't want to see her win. She needs the show to get her there otherwise she wouldn't be here. If Matt Cardle had said that, people would be out for his blood.

Cher last year came across as an awful person and there were constant rumours of bad behaviour behind the scenes but now she has finished with X Factor she has improved so much as a person that she is beginning to win me over.

She has gone fom being my worst X Factor contestant ever to being someone I quite like (although not as a singer)

But she's still in a band with a bully and a criminal? And I replied with the 'not real life' comment because you were saying how you had been bullied in real life, and I didn't mean it the way you are saying, I am just pointing out its a competition and tatics could be involved, and even if it did happen, they are living together 24 hours a day, like in the Big Brother house, obvcourse tensions are going to errupt, but that doesn't make it bullying? Bullying is a very strong claim, she could have just been in an arguement. Loads of people are going to against Misha now because of it, and nothing has been proved anyway so I think its so unprofessional of them to do that in public when they and we don't know what really happened. And ofcourse Tulisa couldn't have attacked her to that extreme, or she would have been seen as even more as the villian in this situation.
