Can we not just ban him?

Warnings first, then stronger warnings, then short bans then longer bans.

We do not just ban someone straight away. Be assured that if he acts the same on his return, he will be suspended for longer.

It's the first single off of her deluxe edition of Killer Love, but it's only really premiered about 2 weeks ago hence why it's not quite lighting up the charts yet, of course after X-Factor it'll shoot up. I agree she's doing well though, for the circumstances.

Oh right okay. Yeah I havent seen/heard it anywhere on TV or Radio.

Just watched the video myself, she looks beautiful, great setting too. Its not a 'hit' though.

If it can go top 40 before X Factor that will be quite good for it really.

Ah, Cher #5 now then - I spoke a bit too soon :P She'll still be quite far off #1 though as the top 3 have a big lead over everything else. I hope she can get there. I also hope Rihanna overtakes Professor Green and gets to #2 again this week.
Is that Bruno Mars song getting much radio airplay on any big stations? I'm surprised its held up so well, considering its only promotion is an X Factor performance and being 59p. I thought it would fall like The One That Got Away (which actually IS getting radio airplay), but it looks like it'll spend a 2nd week in the top 20.
Joinwithus suspended for a month. I will not allow such comments here.

In the words of Alexandra Burke (well Leonard Cohen but still)...

HALLELUJAH

HALLELUJAH

HALLELUJAH

HALLE-LUU-UUU-UUU-JAH.

The new Cher song is just so dull. Swagger Jagger may be awful but I could at least see why it might appeal to some. This is just so incredibly boring and goes nowhere at all. Really didn't think it would do so well, really hope Green holds on.

Poor choice of version. Jeff Buckley pl0x.

I think it's just the fact that it's 59p that's keeping it up. It'll drop along with all the other 59p songs when the ad for them disappears.

I agree. I like Cher, but the song to me is a non-event in comparison to Swagger Jagger imo. I have suspicions that after the rather polarizing public response to Swagger Jagger, they probably thought they'd have to release something as uncontroversial as possible as the 2nd single.

With Ur Love (most importantly) is A LOT more likeable then Swagger Jagger, its perfect for Cher right now, especially after SJ. It should sell better then SJ too i think.

Alexandra Burke is my favourite version my miles, shamefully. Gosh how very un-typical Buzzjack of me, I prefer a female version :P

I'm a big Cher fan, but I agree. I do like WUL but it has nothing on SJ in my eyes.

Why does no one ever mention the original version of Hallelujah by Leonard Cohen, surely that should set the standard.

I dont think Cher will get to No 1, she will be heavily front loaded and start to fall mid week. The Emeli/Prof Green song is everywhere.

Liam did mention Leonard Cohen :P I prefer Jeff Buckley's version personally.

Do people really think this has anything to do with ghosts?

Well, I remember finding it scarily depressing back in 1981 - does that count? :P

It's not Cheryl Lloyd's song that bothers me, it's the fact that her name keeps being shortened. There is only one Cher, and she is not it.

Hoping Cher shoots up to number 1 after X Factor performance.

Decent song, Mike Posner almost ruined it for me though -.-

It's not a shortened name - her name is Cher, not Cheryl.

In fact, the 'real' Cher's name IS shortened, her name is Cherilyn. :P

The reason, I believe, artists like Cher Lloyd get this kind of hate is because they're manufactured by the show. Then again, for example, another x factor 'loser' Olly Murs has established himself pretty well. I think she made the wrong decision with releasing 'Swagger Jagger', awful song IMO simply because of the low lyrical value and the similarity to the christmas carol 'Little Donkey'.

'With ur Love' is a lot better.

However, no offence, but like many artists in a similar position to her, expect her to be totally forgotten by the start of album 2. A lot of users on these websites have registered names with Joe Mcelddery and Diana Vickers in them, and regret it now.

If she wants any longetivity, she needs to do more rapping. The UK needs a female rapper, not another pop singer.

Apparently Cher Lloyd got named after THE Cher though. :D
