I've actually been feeling a little sorry for him recently; you can see the public outrage and insults are beginning to crush his soul a little. Which is all the more reason to GET HIM OUT. It's not as if he's a Jedward or a Wagner who always KNEW their place and were happy to be novelty/ironic jokes. This one is actually becoming a little cruel.

Well if what we see in the papers is to believed I agree. What's the betting though that he's just a 19 year old virgin with Biro tattoos on his arse who'd be more at home on his PS3/XBox than bed-hopping. We've only got the papers to go by for his so called 'bad boy' reputation. Maybe if the truth were known it would be easier to get rid of him.

 

Either way - I hope he wins now - I really do! The look on Simon's face would be glorious to see when he sees who he has to award the recording contract to. Mind you - by that time it won't matter. Gary will have been proven right about image over talent - and they can always get a session singer to record the album and just have Frankie's face on the CD cover. Jobs-a-good-un!

 

Back to how the hell Frankie is still in - I think Louis' comments helped no end - much as Mrs Osborne's comments in the G4 V Steve Brookstein affair helped him. Mind you - at least Steve could sing - no matter what else people thought of him.

I loved Florence's performance but I agree with Conderella about JLS - I also think they are vile and untalented.

Florence's was easily the best performance of this series. Beautiful staging and excellently performed. Really caught the essence of what makes Florence a special performer (and at times musician).

It was locked two hours after the results show and after all the activity had died off.

 

It's not my fault if you don't watch it live, If I miss it the thread will still be locked between 11pm and midnight. There's always an over lap but in my third X Factor season as mod I'm pretty sure I've got a system worked out that serves the interests of the majority rather than the minority.

I must confess I can't quite fathom the need to lock the thread so quickly? It's not as if we garner any fresh information about the following week's show during Monday? It prevents people from quoting stuff from less than 24 hours prior and is a bit of a conversation stifler no?
