Oh come off it Hits. I'm agreeing - she's a really good contestant - and no way should she have been sent home in the first week (especially over the terminally dull Sophie) but don't you think the makers had a plan b in mind all along?

I agree - win or lose Amelia will have a great career - I just don't like the way the program makers have plotted this out.

This really, even if she doesn't win, this twist will mean she will at least come 2nd/3rd (I'd be shocked with anything else) and she'll still get a record deal and do a 1D/Cher Lloyd and probably do better than the winner. Same goes for Misha really, even though she'll come 3rd at best, she is gonna have a great career. The others I can't feasibly see lasting. Marcus maybe if they go down the Olly Murs route rather than the usual route they do for male winners.

Looking back I can't see why she was my favourite, her voice grates on me so much now.

I don't mean to offend anybody because a lot of people I like seem to hold this opinion but there was really NOTHING 'amazing' about that Amelia performance. She's a shouter and that's IT. She's such a cold fish too. She's definitely no global superstar and anybody who thinks she is is kidding themselves. Misha could be.

 

As much as I wanted to see 2 Shoes give the most gaymazing performance of 'Poker Face' possible, Amelia returning was inevitable and probably the best result. Her performance was by no means the best but considering she'd only had two days was solidly very good. Though I do find it amusing that a song about a mans struggle with AIDS has now been turned into one about someone being rejected by Kelly Rowland. Is Sophie whatsmyface being erased from history I take it too?

 

Kitty was very boring tonight it has to be said. Clearly going home tomorrow. Though the hilarity of the fact that Misha stole her song and therefore RUINED HER LIFE is still amazing. I love Misha. I hope she spent the week taunting Kitty about it. Though Misha clearly shouldn't be allowed to speak to Dermt after her performance, it ruins her bitch persona for me.

 

Janet is never going to piss off is she? Even after this is all finished, she's still going to find a way of annoying me I'm sure. She even managed to make 'Somebody To Love' sound dull and coma enducing. Craig was technically fine, but he still annoys me. Gary calling him versatile was hilarious. And I really wish someone had called out the fact he sang the song to a girl, despite being gay and the song being Gaga. Marcus was very good, if not quite as such as last week, and Little Mix were decent, but forgettable.

 

Kelly's brain appears to be dying on her. Or Tulisa's drugging her. Either way she wasn't really totally with us tonight. But was dressed as Janelle Monae so it was all fine.

 

The 'technical difficulties' at the start was clearly because Misha killed a camera man who looked at her funny.

 

EXCITED FOR ONE DIRECTION TOMORROW. Oh and Gaga I suppose.

Prediction for bottom two tomorrow night: Kitty and Misha B with Kitty going. Hope I am wrong though with Misha (and for Kitty actually, but theres no point in holding out any hope)

my feelings on tonight:

 

amelia brought it back, and resurrected what was a mediocre night (although maybe not as mediocre as halloween week), that performance was STUNNING. that is why we want her back.

janet also delivered once again, doing what she does best. it is baffling how she gets so much hate though... I've pretty much accepted that people just hate her for the sake of hating. c**ts will be c**ts.

little mix get better for me by the week, I'm feeling their performances more now. they also show something which makes them different to the average girl band, they remind me of misteeq a bit.

the rest... uh yeah. marcus was alright, but was expecting him to make more of the song he got. he didn't have the energy which he normally has with his performances.

kitty was disappointing too, normally she'd be up there but I don't know, it really feels like her time to go. the death slot didn't help either.

craig was completely BORING. it's times like this I feel that he really is the male adele - he could have made something bigger of that song (I know 'bigger' haha coz he fat lolol).

I do have to agree with this bit, I think she could be big enough in he UK but there's no way she'll get anything more than a minor Australian hit worldwide tbh. I know I said she'll have a good career just now, but that only applied to the UK - really anybody thinking anyone from X-Factor nowadays will be a star worldwide is laughable. The only contestant from this year (and last at that) who has any chance of making it WW is Misha, and even then I doubt she will.

Craig must go! Everyone I speak to love him and it's all turning out the same way it did for Joe.. Grrrrr. At least some people on here share my hate for him.

 

If I were to be 100% honest, I think Craig is the only one safe from the sing off tomorrow night. As much as I loooove Marcus, people are over-rating him. I'd say he isn't actually doing that well in the voting.
