2. Same, but the UK charts seem to be aligning with my taste recently, all my favourite tracks are doing excellently against the odds, its a good start to 2012. Hopefully it'll sound like a #1 soon, it will be! :D

23. I know, he PMed me as well. Only thing was, at the time, I was strongly considering it too (I'm not now, I've gone for something else from my chart). It's done so well in Canada, I wonder if it's a bit cheap, but if he has gone with it, he's probably looking at a top 10 this contest.

BJSC was started as a personal Eurovision, that's why we have countries as opposed to just being ourselves and we aren't allowed to send Eurovision entries. The rulebook is based on it. The original contest, from what I've gathered, was in the Eurovision forum before it got given its own forum.

(I think I'm going to go all out and enter what I feel like this contest, only problem with that is I don't want to be tied to a weekly voting order, as my votes will probably end up different to the order of the entries in my chart. My opinion changes so much. :lol:)

25. Yeah, I thought people'd be surprised that I'd entered, I haven't made any posts in the thread yet :lol: . 1. I'm pretty sure Cyprus will qualify anyway, unless something unfortunate like what happened with Haba Haba happens. I can see this doing a Kati Wolf in the final though, but hopefully not, as it's the best entry so far.

3. Same. I'm not sure it'll go any higher, my chart is insanely busy, but I'm incredibly pleased at the success it's having.

4. I know, it's a lovely grower. I really hope it qualifies (and does a bit of dark horsing in the process), I've become obsessed with it. Surprised and pleased you like it though. :D

11. It's quite different to Turn Loose The Mermaids, it's a really epic uptempo rock song, so I'm not sure if you'll like it. It's kind of the Bring Me To Life to TLTM's My Immortal. Do try it though, I can't get enough of it.

12. It's a beautiful song, I'm so pleased at its success, hopefully it won't get too much backlash on this forum, but here we go. It helps that I love the original too.

21. Again on the same wavelength as me, Sailors is really epic. Minnie-Oh's You And I is really good too, sadly that failed to qualify. :(

1. Obsessed, that's all there is to it. Played it 15 times in the past week, and that's a lot for one song for me, so it had to go to #1.

4. Heh! That was my plan all along! Seriously, glad you like it, I wasn't sure what people would think, but I know it would get a wider audience in than Storytime and I couldn't not send a Nightwish song, after the album being so incredible and all.

12. I am. I'm also having to restrain myself every time someone says it's terrible. I could see this happening if she became popular, and I don't like it. Still ecstatic though, haters can suck it!

20. It's been described as the most poppy song on the album, so I'm not surprised, the male chorus reminds me of something poppy too, and the verses are incredible in their storytelling. But good to see you like it anyway, I've been really obsessed with them as an act recently.

47. YES! This year's Someone Like You please? Then it can re-enter my chart and do more brilliant things. Hopefully..

20 I usually don't like it when acts like Nightwish try to go all poppy (well it's not all poppy, just relatively so), but they pull it off, I must say.

Her name is Vanessa Lengies, and yes she is in Glee. She plays Sugar Motta. Unfortunately she can't sing but with the miracle of Glee logic she sounds fine in back-up, and she's a good bitch :P
