Wouldn't surprise me if it was. I read in the paper the other day that Dappy wanted to cover Somebody That I Used To Know with Jessie J and release it as a single before Gotye got pushed here. Thankfully his record label told him no!

I am slightly worried as there is nothing big saying that it isn't a cover and the lyric mentioned could fit. As much as Tulisa could do an alright job [and if it's 'dance' it won't be that similar to the original], I really don't want her coming along and stealing the thunder away from fun. which deserves to be a big hit when the label gives it a push. :(

I'm hoping it's a RedOne produced club banger that samples Love Is A Battlefield.

As much as I hate N-Dubz I didn't mind her in X Factor by the end, so tbh bring it on. As long as it's not a Fun. cover.

This has FLOP written all over it. Or maybe I'm just being optimistic.
I am looking forward to this tbh but I will actually die if it's a fun. cover, especially if the UK release of fun.'s version comes after Tulisa's gets airplay, I can just imagine all the chavs thinking that they covered Tulisa *shudders* :(
that title has been appearing everywhere recently and I keep thinking its a cover of 'Alright' by Supergrass  :drama: I sincerely hope this isn't a cover of the fun. song in that respect and the fact it would be rather depressing for a first single

It's a Fazer produced club banger apparently. Fazer is a much better producer than RedOne is though, so that's good. He apparently produced a lot of N-Dubz's earlier discography, and even Playing With Fire.

She's totally a wannabe Fergie, always was. I always thought she had the potential to be better than her band though, so I'll try and keep an open mind.

I hope it doesn't end up sounding as cheap and crappy as everything she's been involved in so far.

I'm fully expecting it to sound cheap and crappy, and an attempt at a Minaj rip-off rap breakdown towards the end. Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

Tulisa isn't a rapper though, so I don't think the song will be that similar to Fergie or Nicki's material.

I think it'll just be a standard dance-pop song to be honest. So probably more in the Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Taio Cruz direction.

Can't stand her. She was the weakest link (even worse than Louis Walsh) on the X Factor last year and her vocals are nothing special. Top 20 peak and falling from there on would be ideal.

That was my exact thought when I first saw the Glee song in the US iTunes chart

I thought of Mika's Kick Ass when I first saw that pop up in iTunes...

May I Say Fergie - Big Girls Don't Cry will be better than anything sung by Tulisa.

That doesn't mean much though. Big Girls Don't Cry is one of the best pop songs of the last decade!

No.

It will be quite ironic when she's sitting next to Kelly and Gary this year after her single has flopped and shes judging others like she is a success ...Little Mix will probably feature in some capacity on a track.

Intrigued by solo Tulisa! She's had some great hooks on most N-Dubz songs and is largely part of the reason why I love as much as their stuff as I do. I'm gonna take the oppourtunity and say that I hope she has material on her album that is like 'Love Sick'!

And that makes him better how?
