WTF is going on with the MTV chart run-down on Sky?

I was watching it this morning, but when they were due to play Lana Del Rey's 'Video Games', they claimed it was 'unsuitable'.

How is that *possible*? - there's no sex, no violence, no bad language & no crime - and her lips aren't that scary...

28. Part Of Me - Katy Perry

41. Last Time - Labrinth

52. Proud - JLS

Sean Paul surprising, but I'm not expecting anything other than a top 20 peak for this. Although any position from #8 would be likely... JLS not doing as well as people predicted (at the moment - their target fan base will just about be waking up I guess). But usually their entries debut inside the top 100 pretty much straight away.

Must be an extremely boring video then.

Yeah, like that ever stops them... :P

I can't believe Sean Paul is going to make the top 10 when he missed out with "Got 2 Luv U" which is more than ten times better than this new one.

I hope Sean Paul misses top 10... I wasn't a huge fan of Got 2 Luv U but it was a LOT better than this one.

Good to see Katy highest of the new entries but I fully expect JLS to pick up the pace throughout today, although as usual they'll probably fall greatly as the week goes on (yes I know She Makes Me Wanna was number 1 on iTunes for a while, I don't expect Proud to do the same though).

Even seeing it as the lowest new entry at the moment, I'd still be shocked if JLS are any lower than #3 (they'll get stuck behing Katy and MAYBE Gotye if they're severely frontloaded, but with Sport Relief later in the week (I think?) they should have at least a bit of a boost).
I'm actually surprised to see Labrinth top 20 already, maybe this could be a decent sized hit. I really hope it is. It's very disappointing after Earthquake but it was going to be difficult to beat that and it's still a very good song in its own right.
Looks like Katy Perry is heading for another number one then

Either way there should be significant new blood at or near the top, which is just as well as sales were starting to slip.

I'm surprised that JLS isn't speeding up there. I would've thought the fanatics had gotten it already.

Wow so looks like Elephant, Turn Me On, Hot Right Now and Niggas in Paris are all on the way out!

Good clear out  Even though I like all four.

JESUS! Sean Paul's really surprising and exceeding expectations, isn't he?! :o Shame really. It isn't a patch on 'Got 2 Luv U' or most his other stuff :(

I am happy with the clearout, although Jls I think might not get higher than #4 on iTunes. They're going to have to wait the longest before the enter the top 10 which means the others should gain a bigger boost.

11. Katy Perry - Part Of Me

14. Sean Paul - She Dosen't Mind

19. Labrinth - Last Time

24. Jls - Proud

I dont know, Swedish House Mafia are decreasing quite fast tbh, It will be Swedish House Mafia, Hot Right Now, Niggas In Paris & Elephant. Elephant is going to have a awful chart run (Dappy Style) 3-13 could be looking likely!
