I'm kind of being overly dramatic. :lol: I but I do love that song and Estelle. Her recent album is absolutely brilliant. And she's a cool person too (racism aside :lol:).

I did say "racism aside". :lol: I think she has lots of great songs, and they're not that much different to what some other popular artists do. I think lots of people like her music, or else she wouldn't be so famous.

Still have a gut feeling Conor Maynard will be no. 1 on iTunes by the end of today.

While the rest of the new entries advance, Marina seems stuck at EFFIN #31. :(

I would love Conor to get to #1! :wub: Still not 100% sure he'll manage it, considering he's likely to fall during the week, and Carly is selling a lot, but it looks like a possibility.

 

It's one of the catchiest songs in the chart at the moment imo. :heart: Incredible.

Presumably the ad was shown during BGT which would have helped it though - ad songs fluctuate a bit but I think it should go top 40.

 

If B.o.B knocks Bieber out of the top 10 then I'll love every song in there apart from LaserLight which I haven't yet heard!

I really can't believe the state of the charts the moment (in a good way).

All those songs being in the top 10 within days of each other. This time last year I was desperate for more songs like these to be in the charts. I credit some of this change to Adele to be honest. Not sure if Usher would've released something as toned down as Climax if he didn't see Someone Like You slaying the charts last year. And as I said in the last thread, So Good is similar to Rolling in the Deep imo. Ordinary People is something that I don't think would've sounded out of place on 19. And I'm pretty sure this time last year Justin Bieber would've lead his album with a song sounding like Party Rock Anthem rather than something like Boyfriend.

I'm hoping to see "So Good" in the top 10 by the end of the day, that gives it a fighting chance of the top 5 whereas if it only makes it tomorrow it could struggle. Saying that, I'm assuming that Carly, John Legend, Conor and fun. will be miles ahead by then so B.o.B would be chasing down Gotye and Jessie for #5.
