I've given up on the albums chart - it's week #16 of 2012 and only Lana Del Rey has had two consecutive weeks at #1. I just hope Adele can hold #1 for the rest of the year now, sure beats seeing her keep getting to #1 for no apparent reason and subjected new releases to one measly week at #1.

08 (04) Moshi Monsters 'Music Rox'

09 (02) Labrinth 'Electronic Earth'

13 (06) Madonna 'MDNA'

The insult of the albums chart continues - Labrinth, a genuine and talented musician is a place below Moshi Monsters - while Madonna is already out of the top 10 - below 5 former #1 albums, Jessie J and of course a kids' online gaming soundtrack.

Aww, gutted that Climax only got to #4, which will almost certainly be its peak :(

Whereas other acts dip in and out of relevance, Usher has pretty much remained relevant for 15 years now, his longevity is incredible for an R&B artist! 10 top five hits, amazing! I don't even usually care for his output but this is stunning.

It's the first time I watched the Climax video, I wasn't really expecting to see him dance in it, but then again, it IS Usher we're talking about.

Adele at #1 is amazing.

Pity about Climax falling! But #4 is higher than I expected for it anyway so I'm happy.

Five weeks at #3 for a song that went to #1 for five, it really gets more and more bizarre. Such a deserving song though

Moshi Monsters have the album of the year tbh.

Gotye is getting boring now.

I've decided - I like the vocals of Somebody That I Used To Know, I just hate the song as a whole.

Heard it at a party mashed together with 'Levels', and the chorus sounded incredible and so anthemic vocally - but the way it is, it's just DULL DULL DULL as a whole.

Love this song <3 It was starting to get boring for me but then I heard the Glee version and I loved that and now I'm in love with the original again xD Kimbra <3
