May 3, 201214 yr Turn Me On on the A-List? How long has that been on the playlist? It peaked about two months ago and the video has been out for ages! I don't think that long. Turn Me On started charting waaaay earlier than it was "supposed" to, because it was being promoted as the 4th single in the US. Radio 1 haven't had it on the playlist for 3 months basically. :lol: Titanium was on the playlist when Turn Me On was peaking.

May 3, 201214 yr I hope they've not gone back to snubbing Alexandra Burke again... Elephant wasn't very radio friendly but Let It Go sounds amazing and I can imagine it sounds good on radio too. No doubt if it's not added, it will get top three without them and then they'll add it for a few weeks anyway. *sigh* Happy for Delilah, Rihanna and Coldplay though. Also surprised for the Nelly support!
May 3, 201214 yr Am I the only one not overly shocked at Nelly being supported? I know they blanked the Greatest Hits but this is a whole different beast and regardless of the commercial potential of Big Hoops I always thought it was a cert for a Radio 1 playlisting.

May 3, 201214 yr Surprised and disappointed to see the absence of Professor Green and Cheryl. Next week for Chezza maybe? But at this stage I think they're just gonna blank Professor Green. They've only just added The Ting Tings and The Maccabees, and Professor Green's not out until the week after them, so hopefully Radio 1 will playlist it next week. I can't see them snubbing him, especially as he's playing at the Hackney weekend, I'd imagine that would make them playlist it even more if anything!

The label has been playing silly with "Call my name". They premiered the song over one month and a half before its release, and now the video very early too. Plus they don't even make it available to preorder on Itunes... What a waste ! People will be tired of the song by the time it's released. I'm pretty sure she would have smashed into the top5 easily if they released it on its premiere day. I don't care about #1, I wanted a long and nice chart run :cry:
