I doubt it, she's been majorly ahead of Rihanna all week, so Rihanna being slightly ahead for the last 36 hours of the week shouldn't give her the edge...

Rihanna could well steal the #3 spot this week then, with Lawson down to #10, I can see them slipping to #6/7 officially despite the #4 position all week. Loreen will no doubt fall another few places with the weekend effect, and with the remixes adding on sales too - 'Where Have You Been' should pull ahead officially; which I'm actually glad for - a #6 peak is incredibly unjust for such an anthem.

I agree with Bré, it seems mad that despite 2 days of downtime our ever devoted iTuners managed to get the last thread up to 1000 posts.

You would think music would get a boost when played in soaps tbh, the only boost I remember was Sugababes - About You Now, I'm sure Hollyoaks played the slow version and it went top 15?

The classic Turn Me On by Kevin Lyttle went top 40 on iTunes not long ago when used in a soap I think. :wub:

It's not in the top 400 yet. That's so early to release the music video though. Hardly anybody outside of her fanbase will know of the song yet. She should've held back the video a bit so that people would get to know the song first, then there'd be some vague level of hype, interest and anticipation for the video premiere (like there is with the Princess of China video at the moment, for example).

Yes, It re-entered the top 100 at #48 before climbing to #34 from Hollyoaks exposure. I think it got as high as #15 on iTunes though!

I really hope Coldplay release the video for POC soon, it could go top 3 at this point!
