I said in the Final thread that Woodkid might be the best winner, but then I remembered Royksopp's 'The Girl And The Robot' won, which easily trounces it. What a track! Marina & The Diamonds and La Roux are also on par if not better.

Thanks! You've actually given me most points this year :o :D If I do confirm this in the end, I can honestly say I have no idea how you'll respond to it! It's quirky, catchy, fierce, lyrically clever and dark, and has a bit of Nabiha and Emma Dean mixed into it!

Got my entry, it's pretty uninspired but not cheap so shouldn't be veto'd. I'd rather be a bit more inventive but I've never been so in love with an entry of mine at this point :wub:

 

If there's a battle for it as I expect (it screams Buzzjack, like seriously) and I lose, then I have something very different I doubt will be entered by anyone else for back-up. But I am prepared to fight :D

Okay, maybe not, the song I'm thinking of sending, while a bit 'uninspired', I wouldn't describe as 'so Buzzjack'.

I might be confirming Orion. I think the song is a DULL TURD but I would really like if it was vetoed (just to have my VENGEANCE for what y'all did with Faye). Or if it doesn't get vetoed, just to keep it until literally last minute and change to something GOOD :D

Think I've whittled it down to two options now - but I'm off either American or Canadian, and neither are solo females :o:o:O

I don't think there is now. It is bound to enter the multichart next week, plus if someone did go for it now it would be very uninspired. I know I'm not one to go on about something being uninspired after my previous entry, but even though its a fabulous track, but it should definitely be vetoed I think - that's if anyone actually tries entering it now! And as Rich said earlier in the thread, Diandra is probably the next for the chop too - it all depends on how much hype some tracks get over the next few days!

 

I'm going to be confirming a ballad hopefully, something very different for me and I hope some other people will love it as much as I do!

To be honest, the hype for that just passed me by and I didn't realise the extent of it until the semis opened! But at least we have named a couple before confirmation even opens this time! :D
