Looks like P!nk's new single may be released mid-week. It's just "premiered" and is on youtube. Plus the label were planning an on air/on sale release, so we could see it up on itunes later today or tomorrow! That could make the week a bit more interesting ^_^
I'm so glad to see "Pound The Alarm" doing well at this early stage, she needs to hurry up and get a video out there - though I highly doubt this is likely. :(

She's shooting the PTA and Champion video this week, i would love Champion to be released as a UK single but her label would never let that happen

I see your longer ban hasn't taught you anything. Watch what you post or I will make it permanent.

He's not the only person here who expressed similar sentiments, though.

However, for me the more confusing aspect is to why more people don't boycott his music, knowing what he did - after all, it happened to Gary Glitter...

BTW, what's with the Blur re-entries?

2 COMPLETELY different scenarios! I am not saying I condone the things that Chris Brown did, but I really don't think it's fair to put him up there with GARY GLITTER

Ooh, new Blur heading for the top 10? :o I wonder why one of them is doing so much better than the other.

I suppose that fixes the whole 'no new entries top 40' thing.

DWMU - 107% - PP - 97%

Maybe he can do it?

Payphone has a third version which adds another ~6% as well. It'll be close. Probably extremely subpar sales whoever does it.

Great to see Blur back in the top 40 singles for the first time in 9 years with a new song - its only being played on 6 music at the moment - at least itll get a play on the mid week charts now - wish they were still relevant to radio 1 lol.

Strange that chris brown was the beneficiary at the top of the chart this week - thought william or maroon 5 would be top again - a 2 week no1 would be nice for a change!!Sales for the no1 will be 70k probs!

Whilst I don't agree with said statement, I can't see anything wrong with expressing it. It wasn't rude or agressive.

Don't really see how Chris Brown could be reasonably be 'banned' though.

Glitter wasn't a major recording artist when he was convicted though. There was little of his music being played, let alone sold. Besides Brown's career did take a substantial dip after the whole thing came out.

I have made predictions for the next few weeks. I can guarteene there is a few suprises on my list.

I firstly predict Payphone will be No.1 again this week.

What re-entries? These two songs are brand new songs from them ;)

I wasn't even aware they'd got back together.

I'm sure a lot of artists would like their careers to 'dip' like his has... :P

For some reason I thought the former was already shot! We won't be seeing the video before August then! :drama:

Like Beyoncé, she records so many videos that it's confusing for the public to know what songs are singles and what songs are not. "Champion" is a good song, but I'd rather she filmed less videos and concentrated on promoting one single at a time.
