My iTunes play counts have been held on my PC since 2006(when I bought it and it's been my iTunes PC ever since), I finally took the plunge last weekend and bought it's replacement! So, last night I set up my new iMac to migrate all my files over form the PC and after 27hrs of wifi transfers all 76gb of music has transferred to the iMac including playlists and play counts!!!! So happy it worked exactly as I hoped and kept all the plays from the last 8 years. Don't know what I'd have done if I'd had to start again.

So i genuinely do not know what to do with Ke$ha/Kesha. I have ~2000 plays for Ke$ha so am sort of against rescrobbling those. Are people starting fresh for Kesha/Kesha Rose or scrobbling her new music under Ke$ha still or having it as two separate artists?

One part of me wants to re-scrobble, but the other part of me doesn't as that'd mean I'd feel obligated to scrobble Timber as well

The more i think about it, the more i am against rescrobbling. That was Ke$ha this is Kesha... Kesha - Tik Tok just isn't right. But equally having Ke$ha for her new stuff wouldn't be right.
