August 29, 201214 yr Yay at Taylor going straight to B. :D And a few others - are they making up for last week? Pleased to see Ellie & Charli added too.
August 29, 201214 yr Good to see Professor Green entering. Hope Tulisa can climb into A for release week!
August 29, 201214 yr Ooh, amazing additions this week!! Taylor, Guetta, DJ Fresh, Ellie and Charli!! :cheer:
August 29, 201214 yr Four additions to the B-List after two last week. Very odd. Taylor and Muse should have been added on the C-List last week and Guetta I can understand being added straight to B but DJ Fresh going straight to B is unexpected. I see Professor Green is releasing a fourth single from 'At Your Inconvenience' then, hope it doesn't break his top 40 streak. Yay for Charli XCX! Edited August 29, 201214 yr by Bré
August 29, 201214 yr Author By the way, in case anyone needs to decipher: Blue - up the list Orange - reentry Red - down the list The bottom 2 rarely occur, but we have one this week. Also, the playlist hasnt gotten back to normal size, so this should be the norm now
August 29, 201214 yr You're The One is far from Charli's best thus far but I really do hope she gets a break now and has success!
August 29, 201214 yr Charli and Alt-J = awesome  Wonder if DJ Fresh could get another #1 off "The Feeling", hard to tell since Dappy also releases 'Good Intentions' that week. The Power didn't reach many people's expectations, and it certainly wasn't from lack of airplay or anything, but I think the new single is still likely to outpeak it
August 29, 201214 yr Charli :o I kind of thought it might happen but I'm still surprised. The song isn't going to be a hit anyway but it's great to see Radio 1 supporting it. Hopefully added to the main playlists soon? Great to see Ellie added, and Professor Green too. Had no idea Avalon was a single, they waited an absolute age after Remedy! Outside of that... nice to see Taylor added and Carly City A-list too. Good week!

The Power didn't reach many people's expectations, and it certainly wasn't from lack of airplay or anything, but I think the new single is still likely to outpeak it As much as I like Dizzee, The Feeling is a much better song, so hopefully that'll reflect in its chart position and sales.
August 29, 201214 yr The Feeling is very wishy-washy that I reckon it might struggle to reach the top 10. It's going to have a poor chart run anyway...
August 29, 201214 yr Nice to see David Guetta and DJ Fresh straight to the B-list and Knife Party climbing :D It looks like Radio 1 have been looking at BJSC again as Charli XCX is on the INMWT list. Not bad. I was hoping that Calvin and Florence would get added but I guess they'll do that a few weeks later. As for DJ Fresh, I think it will go top 10 but have a Power esque run. However it is very good for a dance act like DJ Fresh to get four top ten hits from one album including 2 number ones! Also nice to see Ellie added. I heard it for the first time on Capital FM a few minutes ago, it sounds like a grower.
August 29, 201214 yr Avalon has been re-recorded and is being used on the new Relentless advert which I'm guessing is the main reason it's being released as a single
August 29, 201214 yr Lol at Fazer and Steve Aoki being removed from the playlist. Are you gonna put a classic playlist on here? like from 2002 or something
August 29, 201214 yr Nice to see Radio 1 supporting 'Good Time' as a few weeks ago, people thought it would be snubbed. Interesting but great nonetheless to see David Guetta feat. Sia going straight onto the B-list which makes me wonder whether this is going to get released to iTunes on Sunday. :o Echo what others have posted about Charli XCX. It's not quite 'Nuclear Seasons' but it's still great. Ne-Yo #1 next week followed by Tulisa the following week would be worse than Rita Ora followed by Sam & The Womp. Please don't let this happen!!!
August 29, 201214 yr Interesting but great nonetheless to see David Guetta feat. Sia going straight onto the B-list which makes me wonder whether this is going to get released to iTunes on Sunday. :o I think She Wolf would be released on Monday 10 September, as that is when Nothing But the Beat 2.0 is released
August 29, 201214 yr Thrilled to see 'She Wolf (Falling to Pieces)' added straight to the B-list - needs to be released ASAP, it's incredible. Great to see Mumford & Sons, Ellie Goulding, Muse and DJ Fresh all comfortably on the playlist too - each will hopefully become hits in their own rights.
August 29, 201214 yr I see Professor Green is releasing a fourth single from 'At Your Inconvenience' then, hope it doesn't break his top 40 streak. I think it should go Top 40, the fact that it's being used on an advert will give it some extra promotion. I thought it was one of the weaker tracks on the album at first but I'm starting to quite like it now.
