September 16, 201214 yr Very poor contenders for no.1 this week. You'd think considering how powerful Amelia's voice was on XF, they'd actually give her a track where she could show it off. But this track is just naff.
September 16, 201214 yr Looks like The xx have missed the top 40 with Gerry and probably Conor Maynard and/or PSY overtaking them since Friday :( Professor Green 2010 03 I Need You Tonight (Professor Green Feat. Ed Drewett) -1- 2010 05 Just Be Good To Green (Professor Green Feat. Lily Allen) -2- 2010 29 Monster (Professor Green Feat. Example) -3- 2010 22 Game Over (Tinchy Stryder Feat. Ruth Anne) -3- 2012 36 Avalon (Professor Green Feat. Sierra Kusterbeck) -4- Needs 'Top Of The World' (Smiler feat. Professor Green and Tawiah, #63 last week) added. September 16, 201214 yr Avalon needs to be reduced to 59p (unless it is already?). I don't think it will give it the same boost as Remedy, although Avalon is a better song so you never know, but it should help it into the Top 30.
September 16, 201214 yr With the exception of Elton, what awful #1s on that date....especially One Direction :puke2: 2007 - AWFUL TOP 2....I used to call the #2 "Hey There Douchebag" :w00t: I'd take One Direction over the God awful Candle in the Wind any day!!

September 16, 201214 yr I'd take One Direction over the God awful Candle in the Wind any day!! I'd take One Direction over most if not all #1s. YAY for Conor! Edited September 16, 201214 yr by JosephRaeJepsen
September 16, 201214 yr 3 songs in the top 40 for Ne-Yo then! Glad to see this making it in this week. Growing on me quickly. Edited September 16, 201214 yr by Bré
September 16, 201214 yr Looks like The xx have missed the top 40 with Gerry and probably Conor Maynard and/or PSY overtaking them since Friday :( Yep, it could be heading that way :( I did realise on the Fri mids that XX could fall out at the expanse of those 3 acts entering the chart tonight.
September 16, 201214 yr TURN AROUND  This and Gangnam Style are my top 2 songs right now - so I'm hoping the latter charts today too. If they were back to back, I could stop listening now!
September 16, 201214 yr I like Turn Around. It's not as instantly catchy as his previous two singles though. If that even makes sense?
September 16, 201214 yr Is it really bad that I quite like this new Conor Maynard song. On first listen, it was a bit naff - but it's mellow, catchy and well sung. Shame 'Vegas Girl' will likely remain his second biggest hit, 'Can't Say No' was good, 'Vegas Girl' was just dire. More like this please.
September 16, 201214 yr Turn Around is a great song. First time I heard it! Edited September 16, 201214 yr by Jason
September 16, 201214 yr 37  (from 61) PSY - Gangnam Style (강남 스타일) [D] http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/61as8Zh5djL._SL500_SS85_.jpg Chart Run: 61-37 [2 wks] Release date: 04-09-12 Format: download only track Label: Schoolboy Records/Universal Republic/YG Entertainment Video here: 9bZkp7q19f0 Chart history (Year peak title): 2012 37 Gangnam Style -1- Discussion Thread Here
September 16, 201214 yr I'd take One Direction over most if not all #1s. YAY for Conor! WMYB is a great pop song. CITW is just dirge.
September 16, 201214 yr OPPAN GANGNAM STYLE :w00t: And it's pronounced "sai" you idiot :( And Gang-nam. Grrr.
