Yes i think there is a chance that could happen.

After the Steps reunion flopped as did H&Claire and the fact she looks like the back end of a buss atm (i was gobsmacked when i saw her on BB) there is no way in hell a record label would touch her. I'm guessing this appearance is to raise the name again to see if its worth continuing steps or giving it up. I'd safely say its time to give it up. Sad but true.

She has a great voice, so she could still do ok with an album.

Its strange to sell them but she obviously doesnt want them anymore. Maybe she really does need the money, but if she didnt need the money before Steps made the attempted comeback i wonder she would now as surely financially she is better off. She would have made a nice few pounds from the Steps tour and tv show and also her celebrity big brother appearance.

The gold and platinum discs are apparently doubles of ones she has.

If true it is understandable why she is selling them.

They probably don’t care enough to do so but they should reduce the Christmas album to £4.99 on iTunes and have a few social media posts about it, with the renewed interest in them and the tour about to start they could easily pick up some sales from fans that missed it first time.

I agree I do think that it could spark some interest at the least as I'm sure some people still don't know it was released.

Maybe they want to sweep it under the carpet? They seem to be acknowledging that this is their fourth album, so don’t appear to care about it themselves. :lol:

I'm still kinda gutted about Light Up The World. It's such a nothing album :lol:

 

It was supposed to be a Christmas album but not all the songs are Christmas songs, it's a bit lost. I was quite up for a Christmas album from Steps but it had to be an all out cheesy mix of Christmas classics and some new Steps fun Christmassy tracks. I envisioned something like:

1. Merry Xmas everybody

2. Step into Christmas

3. New steps track

4. Last christmas

5. Santa clause is coming to town

6. New Steps track

7. Sleigh ride

8. Rudolph the red nosed reindeer

9. New Steps track

10. Rocking around the Christmas tree

11. Merry Christmas everyone

12. Ding dong merrily on high

13. New Steps track

14. Lonely this Christmas

15. Silent night (girls solo track perhaps)

16. I wish it could be Christmas everyday

 

There's so many other famous Christmas tracks they could have recorded, Fairytale of New York, Jingle bells, Frosty the snowman, Christmas wrapping, Jingle bell rock... and then some new tracks similar to Girls Aloud's on their Christmas CD would have be so cool.
