Just heard the Adele song on Digitaly Spy.

 

Wow. This woman is un-stoppable. I'm completely blown away by it, was perparing myself to be let down as everyone was hyping it up, but she hasn't dissapointed and has delivered like no other.

PSY back up to 0.8 again, cue someone saying Rihanna's starting to plummet.

 

Looks like 'Red' hasn't benefited from any top 10 effect at all, it's literally just stuck at #10 ever since it climbed there. Will be kicked out as soon as iTunes updates Adele.

Just noticed that Swedish House Mafia is #9 on the album charts as an EP preorder. I actually think thats gonna give Adele a big fight next week and it wouldn't surprise me if Adele gets stuck at #2 next week. It could be close IMO (especially as Adele will be split between two weeks).

Its still so impressive it even got to #10, I never thought i would ever see two Taylor Swift songs in the top 10 on UK iTunes, even one! She's doing so well here right now, always huge in US, but she's actually 'broken' the UK too this time around.

 

Swedish House Mafia has a massive hit on their hands, cant believe they at #9 on pre-order alone. I really hope Trouble can get top 5. (Leona will be on T4 this weekend, X Factor Sunday night and Alan Carr Friday night) so at least she has great promo lined up, just need that radio/tv support to build.

Sunday going to be a very interesting day...

It's amazing, Adele is absolutely perfect for a Bond theme. I did quite like 'Another Way To Die' but this is already miles better on one listen.

 

Went back up to #22 on pre-orders just before being added, just waiting for the first proper update then.
