October 7, 201212 yr Trying to think for ages who Chris Maloney reminds me of! http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3211/304843...b4dbcf989_o.gif 2 WEEKS!! X Factor - what a crock.
October 7, 201212 yr Blah blah blah yeah we hate Carolynne but I loved her and it was so obviously set up :( Her showdown performance was stunning too ... so sad when she put on Twitter 'so sad to let you all down x' or something. Good on her for taking it well though, I didnt think she would. Gary acted like a little brat, he should've supported her and gave her a hug not left her there and be immature.
October 7, 201212 yr Well it's all part of the dress up. This is what the producers want people to talk about such situations as "Gary walking off In a fit" etc etc etc! It's great drama creation
October 7, 201212 yr I think I'll be taking another few weeks X Factor strike after that. I am serious too, when Lucie was eliminated over Jedward I took a 2 week strike, but this is MORE SERIOUS.
October 7, 201212 yr Oh dear! What a crap show it was tonight – poor performances (yes, including Leona, her vocals were just not as good as they should be), and obviously a fixed result. Carolynne was one of the highlights from last night.
October 7, 201212 yr (yes, including Leona, her vocals were just not as good as they should be) She was a bit wobbly - but still an excellent voice. The song however!!!! What a pile of boring rubbish.
October 7, 201212 yr I don't think anyone's shocked, just disappointed. It's not even because she went out to Rylan. More that there are at least 7 less than mediocre acts left. So neither would win but just who will? I don't think we could tape together a deserving winner from what we have left due to this years extremely poor talent pool. They all had more votes than her though, so thats he public's fault.
October 7, 201212 yr What a disaster, I loved Carolynne she was actually my #1 but I had a feeling she would go straight away. What a shame!
October 7, 201212 yr She was a bit wobbly - but still an excellent voice. The song however!!!! What a pile of boring rubbish. Yeah, she obviously still can sing, and does have a brilliant voice, but I don't feel that performance reflected that. I do love the song though! However, the version in her performance seemed to be slower.
October 7, 201212 yr Dan Wootton @danwootton According to @mirrorjeffers, who is at X Factor tonight, Louis WAS speaking to the X Factor's big boss Richard Holloway during the sing-off. And here's the picture that is circulating twitter that the tweet above refers too. I noticed this little chat while the amazing Carolynne was performing her sing-off song. So unfair! October 7, 201212 yr Just reading through this transcript of tonight's 'fix' on DS Forums: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1743282 I just feel so sorry for Carolynne getting caught up in the producers' attempts to get ratings up :( Edited October 7, 201212 yr by Ryan741

They might be talking about doing each other later??
October 7, 201212 yr Well I was torn with that result. Normally I really dislike it when jokes acts get saved but for some I actually do like Rylan. Couldn't stand Wagner, Jedward or Frankie but for some reason I am liking that Rylan is still here. At first I was upset Carolynne left because she was reasonably good last night (just editing my week 1 rankings now) when I first saw but having seen overall. She didn't really standout that much to me. Nice enough country voice but we already have Shania Twain and she wasn't anything different from her TBH. I couldn't really picture her doing anything better than yesterday had she stayed anyway. Very controversial result though as both I liked. Edited October 7, 201212 yr by Rob Summers
October 7, 201212 yr They all had more votes than her though, so thats he public's fault. Never said it wasn't. I just can't be arsed with it. The public will vote for anything with a penis and nice face. There's no longer anything to hold my interest. I don't connect with the public it seems.
October 7, 201212 yr I thought Louis genuinely didn't do anything wrong this time round. Gary was such a prick walking off in a strop. Gary... blame the public they didn't vote enough to keep her in.
October 7, 201212 yr Quite a few people are blaming Louis which is really unfair. He supported Rylan more than Carolynne just like the public did as shown through the votes. I wonder how many people that are outraged actually voted
October 8, 201212 yr Author Look, Carolynne wouldn't have gone home if the public had voted for her. I liked her, but let's be honest here she had no hope of winning. With Rylan we get something to talk about next weekend, it is an entertainment show at the end of the day. People can throw the toys out their pram all they want, this will increase ratings because all daytime TV shows and the tabloid papers will be talking about it tomorrow. Personally I don't believe the show is scripted, at the live show stage anyway. I just think the producers let the judges know 'the right way'. They pull strings when they needed to be for the sake of keeping the advertising revenue flowing.
