I think Olly will beat Rihanna easily. I expect 100k album sales from him at the very least.

I thought he'd destroy her but she seems to be holding him off on a few charts I've seen. That said, just had a look on Itunes and he's now #3 with his deluxe version and #7 with the regular one, only behind compilations. So hopefully he will be destroying her on the update tomorrow. Buble the Christmas $l*t could be number 2 actually.

Katherine Jenkins: #15 on HMV, #98 on play.com

Olly Murs will be number one with ease, with hopefully Girls Aloud Top 3, Alicia Keys, probably McFly and possibly Katherine Jenkins and Jeff Wayne Top 10. I hope Kelly Clarkson can get Top 20 at least. I guess it could be a good trickle seller though.

Yeah the race for number 2 is seemingly between Rihanna and the Christmas s.l.u.t.

I assume you mean Michael Buble, but yeah Olly, Rihanna and Buble will make up the top 3 and then there is One Direction as well, so it might be tough for anyone to crack the top 4 right now.

It would be great if Rihanna could sell over 70k this week due to her X Factor performance.

I think that should be achievable!

Olly's popularity has increased since his last album relased, however sales have diecreased... still I think he'll have his highest debut with the album comparing to the last two.

His first album debuted with 108k, second with 148k so I'm expecting 140-150k for this one

It would be great if Olly managed 150,000 plus, either way i dont think he will struggle to have a third double platinum selling album with this.
Very surprised (but happy) to see Alicia do so well with her new album! It's not up to the standards of her previous albums (nowhere near them), but it's still Alicia and I will always like to see her triumph!

Alicia could have her biggest opening for any of her albums with this album! :)

Glad it went back on itunes right away. I hope it can do 50-60k this week, perhaps that might be expecting a bit too much though?

Seems like its hard for an album to sell 150k plus even at this time of the year these days apart from the elusive NOW series!!
Olly Murs (45,000). #2: 1D (18,700). #3: Girls Aloud (18,600) apparently. No Buble or Rihanna in the top 3 so not sure about the validity of that.

Girls Aloud down to #17 on albums, being outsold by Neil Diamond now lol

Alicia Keys must be selling sod all on physicals as she is #3 on Itunes and the highest non compilation album.

Imagine Dragons' EP still at #10, looks likely to become the second EP in 5 weeks to make the top 40 mostly on the strength of EP sales rather than sales of its lead track (although the track 'Hear Me' will of course still be contributing SOME sales, although not many as it's only #598 on iTunes' songs feed).

Wow at Alicia overtaking Olly, is there some sort of distribution problem with the CD or something? It seems very odd to see it languishing at #14 in the mids despite the title track being a hit and the album coming off the back of her biggest era to date by far, especially as it's delivering on downloads...

The no14 album could well be selling upwards o 30-35k this week but yeah thought shed be top 5 tbh!

That's what I'm thinking! Nice to see her doing so well digitally though! Perhaps she'll climb into the top 10 by the end of the week! :D
