Yay for "Clique". All of Kanye's singles in the last couple of years have charted miles too low but at least he's got a solid top 40 run going. "Monster" deserved to at least chart :(

Don't get me started on his chart runs recently. He's always underperformed imo (partly because i think everything he has ever released deserves to be #1 for 6 weeks :P)

The underperformance of MBDTF here was just appaling and so sad to see.

I think that if Blow Me (One Last Kiss) had been released OA/OS it would still be in the Top 40 today. The same goes for How We Do (Party). I think it's a shame that songs are held back for ridiculously long periods of time to get a higher peak. It sacrifices tons of sales.

They are both still top 40

But yes i understand your point, and agree with OAOS!

By the way 'Talk That Talk' seems to have somehow appeared in Kanye's chart history. Needs to be removed :P
I think they know that, hence the fact that's only one part of the song.

The rest is rapping, or basically speaking. I can't stand pure rap. Sounds so wrong sandwiched in between two great songs.

Oh I know. Should've been his massive comeback (it still was critically I guess) but it was doomed as soon as "Runaway" failed to pick up any airplay.

I didn't mean that they weren't in the Top 40, I meant that they would have had much longer chart runs with probably the same peak.

He should have 'sold out' to a point and not bothered releasing that gorgeous song, because it was never going to set the charts a light. He should have gone with AOTL followed by Monster (as two of the most accessible tracks), and just let people discover the masterpiece of an album after that. The album really is one of my favourites of ALL time.

Never Tear Us Apart has an official video now!
This is surprisingly good :o

First time hearing 'Latch' and it's just as good as I expected  So glad to see Disclosure in the top 40, completely out of the blue too - hope this can be a sustained hit a la 'Wonderful'!

No idea what the album situation for this is though.

Disclosure track is quite catchy, me like on first listen.
Shame Pink is flying down the chart, and I agree it would have probably done much better OA/OS. People were pretty excited by it in July and then the buzz was gone by September. At least the album is staying high and will hopefully stay in the upper reaches over Christmas.
