Is this the first Israeli artist to have a top 40 single since Dana International with 'Diva'?

One half of Deepest Blue was Israeli, if I remember properly...

Hi Tom, just left MSN but good to see you around ;)

No problem Ben, catch you next week, give me a shout about prep :D

Maroon 5 falling? :D I imagine they'll still be around the same position next week though as it doesn't look like they're going to drop out of the iTunes top 10.

Hopefully they are having a "Top 10 effect" and will drop quite a bit once it's left. Don't like the song now after not minding it to begin with, although I knew I would be bored with it after a week or so.

I still really love Diamonds.

Now REALLY excited for the video too, from the sounds of it it's going to be amazing!!

Glad Maroon 5 is holding steady as i much prefer One More Night to payphone, another week top 10 next for it would be great.

I haven't listened to Maroon 5's album but aren't there any better songs than "One More Night"? IMHO, it has "filler album track" written all over it.

It's probably going to get like 10 weeks at #1 in the US, so I think they're pleased with the single choice.

I wish gangman style would go away as i hate it.

'Diamonds' still does absolutely nothing for me, so bland. :( I seriously hope there's better on her album and it won't be as bad as the mess that was Talk That Talk. :(

I can remember everyone saying Gangnam Style would go to number one for weeks and weeks! But it will sell very well for the rest of the year with Christmas/New Year parties.

Maybe people don't want to fuel your attention seeking?

I've replied to you via PM instead of spreading it across the board. :)

Album Discussion Here

This tune is definitely nowhere near as great as "Feels So Close", "Ready For The Weekend" among others.

As much as i hate it i do agree gangman style will do well until the end of the year at the least, it will probably become a million seller aswell.

SN has really grown on me recently!

No problem Ben, catch you next week, give me a shout about prep :D

 Why is this not holding up better? :(

This tune is definitely nowhere near as great as "Feels So Close", "Ready For The Weekend" among others.

'Ready For The Weekend' was shite! I'll give you 'Feel So Close' though, for me 'Sweet Nothing' is the only other single from this era that hasn't been a disappointment.
