November 4, 201213 yr I can remember everyone saying Gangnam Style would go to number one for weeks and weeks! But it will sell very well for the rest of the year with Christmas/New Year parties. November 4, 201213 yr Well done Kylie! I must admit, as much as I am an obsessive fan even I didn't expect it to be anywhere near that high this time last week. So pleased.
November 4, 201213 yr Kylie at #2! :D So glad it held onto #2, despite people thinking it could fall of the Top 5.
November 4, 201213 yr It could potentially return to #1 with the iTunes gift card effect a la 'Bad Romance' I reckon! (Okay maybe not #1 but it could easily go back to the top 5 at least :P) To be honest, I did think it could return to #1 too. It's not out of the question!

November 4, 201213 yr Brilliant for Kylie, I thought a #9/10 was on the cards! My thoughts were misguided by The Best Of underperforming but then what incentive was there to buy it, Timebomb wasn't even on there.
November 4, 201213 yr Glad Matt stayed top 10! Who'd have thought at the start of the year that Matt's second album would peak 10 places higher than Alexandra Burke's second album? Although, to be fair there were pretty low expectations all round for both albums.
November 4, 201213 yr Aww at Adele dropping from Friday, but I wasn't expecting her to be higher than #5 this week anyway TBF :P Hope it can stay top 5 again next week. Quite glad to see Madness and Matt Cardle both hanging onto the top 10 - the former to keep up their 'top 10 in every decade since the 70s' run and the latter just because he's a bit of an 'underdog' especially with the complete lack of support for this era (plus he was great on the X Factor, although not so much since :P) Done better than Alexandra's second album at least  It'll probably be out of the top 40 next week though. Nice new peak for fun.'s album as well :D And yay for Calvin adding a second #1 album, there was some doubt at the start of the week but really it was never going to peak anywhere else after six top 2 hits :P Edited November 4, 201213 yr by Bré
