So that debate was...unexpected. Not the first third so much, Trump going nuclear over the tape and doubling down/dragging Bill into it was expected and as awful as I'm sure everyone had imagined. The rest though, he was verging towards not being totally awful I thought, especially when it came to Obamacare and hitting her on the Sanders voters/wikileaks stuff. Still it's a drop in the ocean of course.

Well, Trump just threatened to imprison Hillary if he gets elected. Scary stuff. Good thing it looks like the 'grab them by the pussy' tape might have finally caused his chances to completely implode.

New polls are still looking bleak for Trump. One puts Clinton within margin of error figures in Texas, which has been Republican since 1976! It's all over for Trump bar the shouting. Hope he'll be gracious enough to ring her and concede and wish her well.

Texas has been trending Democrat in recent elections because of the increasing Latino population. It almost certainly won't go blue this time unless his campaign slumps further, but Trump being the candidate has definitely accelerated the process for obvious reasons.

On the upside though, if White People Mourning Romney was a good tumblr, "White People Mourning Trump" will be incredible.

Even up until this week, despite all the scandals and terrible things he came out with, I still thought that despite all the odds, Donald Trump would still clinch the presidency. But no-one comes back from being labelled a sex-crazed octopus.
