Woo for Imagine Dragons! The EP was doing shockingly well on pre-orders, presumably it'll be combined with "Hear Me" though even if "Radioactive" is doing better.

I don't think so - this situation reminds me of Knife Party's 'Rage Valley' EP. The first track on it was 'Rage Valley' but the track 'Bonfire' was getting most of the individual downloads, both 'Rage Valley' and 'Bonfire' became top 100 hits with the EP sales (and what little cherrypicks of 'Rage Valley' the song there were) going to the former and individual sales of 'Bonfire' going to the latter. So Imagine Dragons could possibly get two top 100 hits this week if the EP sales of 'Hear Me' are strong enough.

 22. Die Young - Ke$ha

 42. Radioactive - Imagine Dragons

 58. Turn Back (feat. Maverick Sabre) - K Koke

 95. Temper Temper - Bullet for My Valentine

'Hear Me' the song is only at #1102  Bullet falling already?

Probably been mentioned already but Taylor Swift is back in the top 40 (#39) with 'I Knew You Were Trouble.', looks like another sizeable hit for her. It's a lot better than WANEGBT at least.

Radioactive is insane, an absolute tune.

Imagine Dragons are definitely the most exciting new band this year! I also hope Ke$ha can get a #1. :hic:

Nice to see Imagine Dragons looking likely to be top 40. They couldn't have done it without BJSC, we all know getting featured there is massive promotion for a song B-)

Aah, Lee has answered my question. Didn't realise 'Radioactive' was being used in a TV commercial so that explains why the track is now no. 41 on iTunes. :D It's already doing well in Sweden and Norway - I'm guessing for similar reasons.

So are Imagine Dragons going to win BJSC tonight?

Where is Die Young going to peak on the iTunes Chart then?

I'm really pleased because of how well the song's doing right now! :D

Ladywell Primary School  to #12 now, after starting to drop a bit last night. Was this featured on the news or something?
Hopefully Girls Aloud can get up to #9 before Ke$ha comes along...
I don't think I've heard 'Radioactive' being used in an advert yet, but if that's true, then Imagine Dragons must be get loads of deals and stuff from companies to be used in their adverts  as I've definitely heard 'It's Time' being used. I can't remember what it is for though.
Girls Aloud, K$ & Kelly Clarkson all underperforming :(

Kelly's single isn't out until tomorrow

But there's no buzz for it.
But there's a difference between it "underperforming" and it going to underperform... (although with "no buzz", would suggest it would exceed expectations if it was to chart top 100). There is some buzz and it will go top 30 I reckon, which considering it's from her greatest hits, it should be doing so much better.

I don't get why radio (bar Capital - afaik) snubbed her for this song though. It's possibly her most radio friendly track and it's not like the 'Stronger' era was a disaster for them to not completely get back on board... it's strange. I do hope her GH album can be a surprise hit though, but I'm not expecting anything much for it anymore :( There has literally been no hype over here for her/it. GA are gonna get the highest GH release, Mcfly second with Il Divo's getting a bloody good chance of going top 10. She's gonna have to settle for top 20 at best for now. :drama:

Silly girl should have led with 'People Like Us' as the main single.

To be fair, she wrote 'Catch My Breath' with her music director about her last 10 years in the industry, so it means a lot to her.

I guess it like 'signifies' what her time so far has meant to her. And it's a damn shame it's being snubbed because it's a fantastic song.

All great songs :(

This year has sorta been the year of the underperformance.

Yeah, a lot of big artists have not done as well as people might have expected, and a lot of relatively unknown artists have been having massive hits.
