is returning to EastEnders later in the year, so happy for this I just hope they don't ruin the character. As long as the scripts are written well and there's no Fatboy rubbish I think autumn/winter could be a massive turning point for EE especially with Ronnie back and Peggy's '1 episode' comeback!!!

Yeah it's a new contract but it doesn't state a length, like Samantha Womack is back for 6 months but with this we don't know. I would hope 6/12 months maybe??

This is great news, Dominic Treadwell-Collins is taking over and apparently he was the master mind behind the Archie/Danielle/Roxy/Ronnie era which for me was when EE was at its greatest so fingers crossed this is going to be a massive turning point for the show!!

 

I hope we get less focus on the teen characters yes Fatboy I mean you, stop casting actors with NO acting ability just because they want someone with looks (Moon brothers, Joey) and maybe this news could mean Samantha Womack may stay on!!!!

We need to keep the focus on teen characters. Fatboy's hilarious, but more importantly the arc for the Brannings (especially Lauren; and the effect it's had on Abi) is brilliant, we need more similar to that, and we need a lot of Lauren (and hopefully her and Joey back together). :wub:

:cry: Lauren's arc is what made me watch the show for the short while I did when Tanya left. Was really well done, and Jacq Jossa is a fab actress! :wub:
