Starts 6th January, on ITV1 as usual. Louis Spence and Katrina Witt have left, to be replaced by a returning Jason Gardiner and an as yet unconfirmed female judge (rumoured to be Hayley Tamaddon). Just as last year, Philip Schofield and the dreaded Christine Bleakley host. Rumoured line-up:

Sorry but this show is dieing a slow death. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the last series. Fully expect to be watching 'Call the Midwife' on Sunday nights this January.

The line-up in the opening post is 11/12 names correct - some 'Baroness King' or something is there instead of that labour politician.

Baroness King IS that Labour politician.

Pamela Anderson is always rumoured for these things (or always was for CBB at least) and now someone actually has her. :o :lol: Wonder if she'll actually be that big a draw.

 

The line-up isn't too bad but I think the SCD line-up this year is better.

At least the judges did the right thing in voting on the skate-off performance. Plus - Pamela stumbled BEFORE her wardrobe malfunction so the dress was not to blame (although it was a ridiculous dress to wear for skating).

 

Having said that - neither Pam or Keith should have been in the skate-off. Pam was probably the second-best female celebrity skater last night and Keith was WAY better than Shane. I always feel sorry for the male celebrities in this show though as not only do they have to concentrate on their own skating - as the show progresses - they're responsible for the safety of their female partners.

 

I also think it was stupid to have a vote-off before we've seen all performers. For all we know - next week we could have six absolute duffers - and they'll have already gotten rid of one of the better skaters.

It's quite funny how they all chose to get rid of their "ratings winner" Pamela, but Samia or Beth should have gone instead. The latter annoys me for some reason and I can't work out why! Gutted to lose the hunk that is Matt Evers so early though :(
