This week will be the 1st time i've ever seen 50 cent in the iTunes top 10 and more specifically the iTunes #1. It could also be the week that leads towards his first ever official UK #1.

Biffy Clyro for #1. MON THE BIFF. The EP got as high as #67 just now after their Jonathan Ross performance so hopefully it could challenge for top 20 maybe? :wub:

 

On a serious note Timberlake for #1 if he releases unless the song is shite though (which is unlikely).

Anything BUT 50 Cent at #1 please.

I don't think Justin is popular enough atm to even be a #1 contender with a mid-week on air, on sale release. :( He might be able to climb there later though if the song is huge.

I hope it's true, we desperately need a group like them back in the charts. It would probably flop though, because that's what happened last time they tried. A few of the members have had a bit of media attention (and not as negative as usual! :lol:) recently, so maybe they stand a chance.

In Da Club had all the characteristics of a #1 single. It's surprising that it peaked at #3 and for it to be number 3 behind Room 5 and Kym Marsh was just criminal.

A bit puzzled by 50 Cent's high debut, I'm sure his pre-order has done significantly worse than Alex Day's did yet he's entered about 10 places higher - have sales really dipped that much? Nonetheless it seems even getting top 200 as a single pre-order is more or less a guarantee of a top 10 if not top 5 hit now, 'My Life' makes for some useful context on that matter.

 

Peace off to a great start, they look likely to become the 7th Sound of 2013 act to get a top 100 single - practically half the list by the end of January is quite impressive.
