And Cold Shoulder was single #2, with Hometown Glory being single #3, I distinctly remember getting Cold Shoulder before Hometown Glory. :P

Hometown Glory was single #1, but didn't chart so was re-released later.

Scraping that 3rd week top 40 as I'd hoped with the album release :cheer: Very pleased with how this has done. It'll probably plummet out of the top 100 within another 2/3 weeks of course though.
Nice small drop for Biffy, the album kept it afloat.

Actually Hometown Glory was single #1 but got nowhere, and they re-released it with the success of Chasing Pavements and the album :D

That's right, but its re-release was most definitely after Cold Shoulder's release, it wasn't single #2 at all... :P
Witch Doctor by The Cartoons

I'm the king of cheesy late 90s pop but even I couldn't stand that  Couldn't believe it hung around the top ten for so long! And then we had to suffer Doodah too!

According to Wikipedia Turning Tables was a single (it was 'sent' to Radio). Chasing pavements was Adele's first single too (technically).

Yeah, it was re-released after Cold Shoulder, but charted before Cold Shoulder due to downloads from 19...so confusing! :P

Although Pink rose to prominence as an R&B singer in the classic '90s LaFace mould, a front displayed on her debut CAN'T TAKE ME HOME, it was when she took control of her own image in 2001 that she truly became an icon. While the Linda Perry (4 Non Blondes) composed hit "Get This Party Started" strayed not all that far from her initial dance-pop path, the remainder of M!SSUNDAZTOOD revealed an artist schooled in the punk tradition. Further recordings wandered down multiple paths, cementing Pink's reputation as a genre-bending pop songstress. - HMV

If it was charting but released as a single after Cold Shoulder it could've been third single. I will amend that ;)

I hope P!nk hurries up with 'Just Give Me A Reason'. I really want that to be as big as I'm predicting it to be.

Yep so it stays as single #4 :D :P

Rumour Has It was the 4th single in the UK wasn't it? Adele did different release schedules for different countries, as some countries had Set Fire to the Rain 2nd and Someone Like You 3rd.

Disclosure with 2 songs in the top 40 this week? :o
