Foxes (not to be confused with Foxes! or The Foxes) gets her first top 40 hit then. Buzzjack Indie/Alt forum distances self from her from this point on. :P

Clarity :wub: Zedd's album is easily the best I've heard so far this year, probably the best dance album I've heard in years too, HUGELY recommended to anybody that likes Clarity. Follow You Down demands a listen too, it's even better imo;

This is actually rather fab! :o Will have to download it at some point.

I think I'm alone in not really getting the fuss with "Clarity". As much as I hated all the Pitbull clones of 18 months ago, currently cursing "Titanium" for bringing on this glut of faux-emotional synth ejaculations.

'Clarity' is growing on me very rapidly after finding it average on first listen. I think this is a future top 10 hit, progressing brilliantly on iTunes so far.

Bré chart geek fact: Zedd is the first artist whose name begins with 'Z' to appear in the top 40 since Zwan with 'Honestly' way back in 2003! (Though since then The Zutons, The Zimmers and most recently [[[Zuper Blahq]]] have also made top 40 appearances, their names don't actually start with a 'Z' though).

Sorry, I think he doesn't. As I already said (and it was deleted for some reason), it's just a chart! We're just having some fun here.

As for the Zedd track, nothing special.

I don't see a big problem if an alternative/indie singer features on a dance/electronic track. It makes the song even more special. ;)

Re: Devlin "Rewind" - I think the record label's problem with both releases was that they held them back far too long; so although a decent first week debut, they've hardly sold much in the long run. I've not really paid much attention to Devlin with this release - his debut was a fantastic album; "Let It Go", "Brainwashed" and "Marching Through the Fog" all cracking tracks.

You're probably right. ill Manors was the only recent one which sprung to my mind, but its success is much less compared to Skyfall.

Yeah, peaked at #8 thanks to the X Factor Final in 2008. Listen must be quite a good trickle seller actually, I'm sure it has been 59p a couple of times too.
