Posted March 1, 201312 yr So this is out on Sunday, and I've been loving it for AGGEEEES now  Bridgit is a Disney star like Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato etc. and this is her debut, it's been C-Listed on radio 1 and I've seen it quite a bit on music channels (it's top 40 on TV airplay). dPKG1-3LXBs This came out in August in the US, and peaked at #43 but still went Gold. Internationally, it hasn't done much - it just missed top 50 in Australia and peaked at #12 in New Zealand. I can see this going top 10 here actually, but it's hard to predict. I REALLY hope it goes top 5, you'll all say it's basic but I just love it  Edited March 1, 201312 yr by Liаm
March 1, 201312 yr Tough call on a prediction. This could easily do a 'Naturally' but it could also do a 'Skyscraper'. In the end I chose 11-20 with my guess of it charting at #18.
March 1, 201312 yr I quite like it. However if this flops/underperforms then she'll probably never get airplay support with any future singles.
March 1, 201312 yr People are predicting this to flop? It's had Radio 1 AND Capital support, i'll say #2
March 1, 201312 yr I think that this will peak at #11. It sounds very similar to Pixie Lott's Turn It Up. ^_^
March 1, 201312 yr #25 or so. I could easily be wrong but I don't know anyone checking for her, and I don't think airplay will translate to sales.
March 1, 201312 yr This will either be a contender for number 1 or be a contender for number 11. It really could go either way, if it goes the way of the latter, its will only be pop karma for thinking that I LIKE YOUR FACE is a suitable lyric. Edited March 1, 201312 yr by Chez Wombat
March 1, 201312 yr I chose #21-#40 as I'm thinking it'll be around #22. However, it is on Capital's playlist and at C-list on Radio 1 as well as nearly top 100 on iTunes albums on pre-order, so hopefully I will be proven very wrong and it will go top 10!!
March 2, 201312 yr Can i also point out, I hope it goes top 10 because it's quite infectious. She's also fit.
March 2, 201312 yr Maybe it's just me, but I heard this and instantly thought it was a future number 1 for sure. It all depends on promotion though to be fair, but it's in the iTunes album chart on pre-order and that's usually a sign of at least going top 10!
March 2, 201312 yr This has been on the TV quite a lot this past week, but I think it's rubbish, I'm afraid. There's one bit which is lyrically similar to Travie McCoy's Billionaire, specifically the bit where she says "house next to Oprah". Maybe peak in the 11-20 area and be long gone after a few weeks. Or perhaps that is just wishful thinking.
March 2, 201312 yr onp73T-bWzg bA1PAkKD3Q4 The Chorus is clearly based on 2 older Songs. In 1996, The Fugees had a UK No.1 with 'Ready Or Not'. That was based on the 1968 No.41 Hit, by The Delfonics, 'Ready Or Not Here I Come (Gonna Find You)'. So, the Bridgit Mendler Single is not new, as regards the Chorus. I think that it will be a No.1 UK Hit, however. Edited March 2, 201312 yr by zeus555
March 2, 201312 yr Awful song. Thought this was by Cher Lloyd! Just cheap, tacky and immature song. Obviously the sheep will buy it. I will go #15-20. Will fall out of tge chart a week later.
March 2, 201312 yr Oh yes, I think that it's awful as well. But I still think that it will be a moderate sized hit at least.
