I can't believe how much One Direction have increased today! I really hope they start falling on Saturdays, at this rate One Direction should be returning to number one next week!

Paramore's new single sounds like No Doubt..I hope The Saturdays will be No.1 next week!! If One Direction have so many No.1s with this effort, The Saturdays will totally deserve it!!
James - Sit Down up to #35. Yay.

I missed this on Comic Relief so just YouTube'd it. Excellent choice of single from Peter Kay, one of my fave UK #2 singles of all time. Would be incredible if this did get to no. 1 but I doubt it realistically has that much of a chance.

I wondered why there had been so many new pages in this thread since I last checked, then I saw One Direction at #1 again.
Surely 1D won't sell enough tonight to snatch the number 1 they sold 46k last week to JTs 66k so this week they should be say 60k to 40k but factoring in an extra 10k for 1d from tonight and to tomorrow they could challenge, could they?
Surprised that people are worried about 1D as a contender for No1 next week. I don't think they will have the staying power for that, but it's this week that I'm worried about, with the sales in the Top 6 being so close. Hope they aren't any higher than 3 on Sunday!
That's what I was thinking the top 6 sales will be very close

2005. It's a pity they can't show that video any longer due to some of the people involved in it.

Why? there aren't any nonces in that video are there?

Edit: I've just read that Jimmy Saville was in that video

That's nothing compared to the chaos that is gonna be here from Sunday onwards

LOVE Sit Down, would be great to hear this in the top 40  Is this Peter Kay thing being released tomorrow or Sunday? I'm sceptical as to what he's done with it, but he usually does comedy songs brilliantly.

Wow, that's a pretty hefty lead for One Direction. I think it's come too late for them to snatch #1 this week (unless they extend their lead further), but I could see them climbing back to #2.

'Sit Down' doing sod-all :drama: Probably marred by how shite the accompanying Peter Kay sketch was.

Didin't think Comic Relief would help One Direction so dramatically! Hopefully it wears off on Sunday so The Saturdays could claim that number one.
The radio edit of 'Mirrors' will be released in the UK on Sunday, as it's available on iTunes Ireland from today.

It'll stop The Saturdays (and everything else) from taking Justin's #1 spot!

Any one would think it's his by right... :P

Hopefully - with the brits version and the version on both deluxe and normal album there should be about 5 versions of Mirrors charting :)

But all stealing sales from each other...

Grrr Fingers crossed its short lived and they start falling Sunday....

That's inevitable - TV show boosts invariably start to fade after a couple of days.

Who else apart from Jimmy Savile is in that and is required to be airbrushed from history?

There's more reasons than Saville that that abysmal song should be erased from history!

I doubt that One Direction will hold up well enough over the week to be next week's #1. But we'll see! :D

Oh yeah, I forgot you really hate that one!

I just checked... Mirrors had more than 50-60% lead over 1D and more than 35% ALL week... so a 30-40% lead over 1 day isn't gonna be enough for them...
