And I'll say again for the likes of those who have inhabited the itunes thread for the first time in months this week, no I don't hate the Saturdays, they've made some very good pop singles. It's just this track sounds cheap, dull, ill thought out and any more adjectives you care to throw at it.

Their website, they confirmed how many physicals they have sold on Twitter. I don't think they've released in a too dead week as Mirrors should have a sales increase as will One Direction.

 

It is a quiet week in terms of new releases that usually generate high first week sales.

Just heard this new Saturdays track for the first time Sounds like it's been cobbled together in half an hour at the end of the day in a busy studio by a tired producer.

They said they had signed over 3,000! Doesn't mean they sold them!

I think 1D will filter out though as the week progresses, and I was talking generally of new releases wise.

 

Its a shame Kodaline and Suede, acts like these just struggle to get top 40, on the other hand Stereophonics have done well in the past few weeks, their album should stay top 5 on the back of the JR appearance last night.

It's nowhere close to being my favourite single of theirs but I've downloaded What About Us because they are LONG overdue a #1 and I quite like the idea of it happening five years into their career in a suitably 911-esque fashion!
