I think it'd probably be too much work for most hosts lol, the actual stuff you NEED to do is enough work ~ But the entry showcase was done 3 times before anyway (in my previous contest plus one of Leww's and one of Ryan's).
June 6, 201511 yr Author 3 Semi's is not something I particularly wish to happen. Much prefer the current 2 semi system. Not going to say never because the contest is continually growing. We do already run themed spin-off's (90's dance, foreign language etc) but having more than one theme isn't something we've had yet. I see no reason why we couldn't though. What would you send to your 100th contest & someone else's entry are both good by me. The contest is so large that the only mandatory part of the contest will remain Confirmation/Semi's/Final. MP3's/Recaps/Artists Parade et al all remain voluntary as some have more available time than others.

It's awful to see the countries who usually support you to be in the other semi :(

June 14, 201511 yr my suggestion is 2 give silas some praise after being a rly good mod for bjsc recently after obviously some shaky situations, not just in terms of timing but in terms of running the show so i feel to counteract all the past shite he's had have a cookie (y)

July 3, 201510 yr Question: So with this contest, there's already been an established limit to how many contestants will allow the 18-point scale as opposed to the 12? I think I remember Bre saying something about it during confirmations. #Late
July 5, 201510 yr Author The 1BF points system (18pts system) comes into play at two points currently: 40 or less participants - 18pts System & One Big Final. (Although this quickly turns into the ESC system & 1BF) 60 or more participants - 18pts System & Expanded Final. This will all be firmed up later this month.
