Another to keep an eye on is Wiley's "Lights On", which I've been hearing occasionally on Kiss. The Angel-sung chorus is actually pretty decent, though the radio've cut Tinchy Stryder out (just as they did JME from "Can You Hear Me?"). Would be a shame to see this miss the T100, I'm not holding out for a T40 positioning though.

Yep, still 16th June. I assume they've just put up the pre-order to try and stop the sales going to that tribute version that is around #100.

Poor Dido its a complete flop for her, on a brighter note at least the album has held onto a chart placing but sadly it will struggle to sell 100,000, very similar pattern to the whole Leona Lewis Glassheart era.

I really thought Dido's album would debut top 5 and spend like 4 weeks in the top 75. To be fair it's done a bit better than I imagined it would, and she was always gonna struggle with this era.

I think Dido comfortably beat Leona's first-week sales, and it's held up much better so I'm sure she'll end up outselling her. And when you consider that's even in spite of Leona having the advantages of Christmas sales and X Factor promotion, that just puts into perspective how irrelevant Leona now is :lol:

 

I don't think taking into account the circumstances Dido has done that badly really. A return to her glory days was never going to be on the cards, and she does genuinely seem to not really care about being successful. Plus, she's still on an independent label (right?), so it's not like she's in danger of getting dropped.
