Not expecting any Eurovision songs to go top 20. There just wasn't anything outstanding enough this year.

Would like Naughty Boy to get at least a week at the top, but i'm fairly certain it won't. 'Get Lucky' will get a huge boost from DP's album release this week (probably going about 120k+)

The fact Emmelie has 3 different versions could lower her chances of reaching top 10 with one of them, but she should definitely get top 10 combined! :D

I'm all for "La La La" doing well this week, though I'd rather Daft Punk a fifth week, just to further cement itself in the history books.

 

Where do we think The 1975's "The City" will peak? I actually found it on my iTunes already, must've been Single of the Week at some point. Not that this feat takes away sales, I had Alex Clare's "Too Close" almost a year before it rose to popularity.

I'd like to see The City by The 1975 do well, although realistically the top 40 is probably that best we can hope for.

It's odd how Norway are the second highest country on UK iTunes yet we were one of the few countries that didn't vote for them :lol:

And in the past few days I've seen so many people tweet about it. Hope it can at least make a good challenge.

Emmelie looks pretty certain to go top 20 at the very least! Probably going to be the only one top 40 though (same as last year where Loreen was the only top 40).

Naughty Boy being just outside the top 100 already confirms for me that he's very likely to get #1. Not even heard his song yet but I don't have high hopes for it after 'Wonder' (then again the featured artist's last chart outing was one of last year's best songs, so mixed thoughts on what to expect). Regardless, hoping Daft Punk can hang on for a fifth week, I'm not entirely convinced the album release will give it THAT much of a boost though. Hopefully it will.

Thank God the UK buying public has slightly better taste than the UK voting public. 'I Feed You My Love' is brilliant. Should have come top 3 over that boring Zlata song.

 

Still no sign of Romania in the top 1,500? :( I assume it is available to buy anyway. I thought it stood out enough to get a few downloads at least...

EDIT: Just checked and it is in fact album only on all of the ESC albums and doesn't have a separate single release. Phew.
