Posted June 8, 201312 yr w1oM3kQpXRo Simple poll. 4th single from 'Red'. Current peak is #50, the week when 'Red' debuted at #1 in the albums chart. Could it do better than '22'?
June 8, 201312 yr I've gone for top 20, probably doing quite similar to Paramore's 'Still Into You' in a way - staying around for quite a while. I just can't see it going top 10 because lots of people who would've bought it will have bought the album by now. I hope I'm wrong though and it reaches the top 10!
June 8, 201312 yr Mmm, don't like it and 1's out the question with Blurred Lines, etc, sooo 5-7. Is there anything you DO like? Anyway, I'm predicting top 10 for this. Heart will rape it.
June 8, 201312 yr I feel like it's going to be a Beneath Your Beautiful type thing with tonight's BGT performance - but I'm going to predict #2 peak.
June 8, 201312 yr I feel like it's going to be a Beneath Your Beautiful type thing with tonight's BGT performance - but I'm going to predict #2 peak. That'd be amazing
June 8, 201312 yr I agree with Rob, expecting this to go at the very least top 5 if not #2 after BGT. (I've not heard it, that's just the sort of ~aura~ I get from it - it is, like 'Beneath Your Beautiful', a massive collab between 2 big artists which radio would love). Could be a third #2 without a #1 for Taylor Swift - the next pretender to the Sash! throne? :P That would also make it Ed Sheeran's highest peaking single, weird he's not gone higher than #3 to date. June 8, 201312 yr I still feel like the chorus is too nondescript for radio to really bite on this one. I hope it does well though, because even though this song isn't my favourite her album does have potential to be doing better than it has been imo.
June 8, 201312 yr Number 3 after BGT combining huge fan bases of Taylor and Ed should surely be a winner?
June 8, 201312 yr Is there anything you DO like? Anyway, I'm predicting top 10 for this. Heart will rape it. My music taste is quite exclusive and high brow :P For example I like Spice Girls, Taylor Swift's State of Grace and Katy Perry. Soporific songs like this however get the thumbs doon. Between 5-7, I'm pretty sure, thanks to a BGT boost. (On a related note, still can't believe that show gets ratings.) Edited June 8, 201312 yr by Michael.
