July 5, 201312 yr This is a total 'I was pushed but I'm going to pretend my ALBUM TAKES PRIORITY to save face' Not that I care, it's just one less outlet for her particular brand of awful. I really doubt she was pushed, whether you like her or not she was a ratings pull for many younger viewers especially and having a big name like her was only going to help the show. I think more likely she was losing faith in the show with coming 4th two years running and knowing that the people who would have commercial success have failed to win and such people have won.

July 5, 201312 yr It wouldn't surprise me if Emeli Sandé was a coach, it would be perfect for her to continue being over exposed / whoring herself out to anything :D Oh please, Emeli has standards. Unlike that godawful Pixie Lott.
July 5, 201312 yr Oh please, Emeli has standards. Unlike that godawful Pixie Lott. :( disappointed in you for saying Pixie is awful Callum. Edited July 5, 201312 yr by Rob Summers
July 5, 201312 yr I think all pixie really needs is just some improvement on her vocals as thats where she needs work on imo but not too much. Edited July 5, 201312 yr by Rob Summers
July 5, 201312 yr Wait till 'pop sensation' Rita Ora signs up and we'll all be begging for Jessie to come back. Edited July 5, 201312 yr by cookie_monster
July 6, 201312 yr I'm not a Jessie fan and my first reaction to hearing the news was "meh" but all of the suggestions in this thread sound a thousand times worse.
July 6, 201312 yr Rita Ora and Cheryl Cole are frontrunners to replace Jessie, the other 3 judges have not signed for a 3rd series, according to the Sun. It could be a whole makeover.
July 6, 201312 yr Let's hope Cheryl Cole doesn't get picked. -_- Considering it's called The Voice, getting Cheryl to become a coach would be the highest form of irony.
July 7, 201312 yr It's quite odd you guys should mention Emeli and Rita as bad choices, because apparently those two and Paloma Faith are top of the producers' wishlist to replace Jessie according to Digital Spy! I wouldn't mind Emeli (as much as she's overexposed, she is an astonishing talent and seems a lovey person if a bit dull) but I'd love Paloma, she's such fun and a really nice woman plus has a great voice! Of course they'll probably go for Rita Ora because she's """edgy""" like Jessie
July 7, 201312 yr It's hard to say whether Emeli would commit herself to something like this. Obviously she's been on both versions of The X Factor as a guest, and The Voice would probably be better for her, to coach an artist and help them develop more than they already have, but 2014's gonna be a very hectic year for her. If she does do it though, that would automatically make her the best coach/judge ANY talent show has ever had. :kink:
July 7, 201312 yr It should obviously be Queen DIDO. I'd love Anastacia tbh but health issues. Of course these suggestions will be scoffed at for not being RELEVANT like VOCAL SUPERSTARS Rita Ora or Pixie Lott.
July 8, 201312 yr Emeli Sande, Paloma Faith, Mel B to replace Jessie J on The Voice UK? Source: MW by Tina Hart The creators of television talent show The Voice UK are currently searching for another 'young and current' female solo artist to replace the outgoing Jessie J and rumours have pointed to Emeli Sande, Paloma Faith and Mel B. Jessie J announced her departure from the show as she is set to concentrate her time on promoting her second studio album. The Mirror reports that she will be spending most of next year touring overseas. The Mirror also reports that Adele was in the running for the coveted 'coach's' spot but that show's organisers said it was 'unrealistic' that she would come on board. The remaining coaches - will.i.am, Tom Jones and Danny O'Donoghue - are yet to be confirmed for series three. Tom Jones said of the coaching panel last month: ““The four of us make a great team — one without the other wouldn’t work.” Other artists being given favourable odds by bookies to join the show include Rita Ora, Pixie Lott, Florence Welch and Ellie Goulding. ==== Pixie Lott, no thanks
July 8, 201312 yr That's quite a good selection (well, Emeli, Mel B, Florence and Ellie anyway), so I hope one of them is picked, although it's probably unlikely.
July 13, 201312 yr Why does the female have to be young and current? Most that fit that category are terrible.
