So here it finally is!

 

The rate you've all be whetting your appetites for. The girlband of ALL girlbands (RUSST DEAD) This time it's going to be a little stricter on the rules, but more lenient on the scores you can give out.

 

RULES:

01. You must rate EVERY track a score of 00 - 10

02. You have ONE optional, -01 & 11, to separate you very favourite track (your "11"), and your least favourite track (your "-01").

03. Not encouraging "half votes", but as long as you do ALL the main singles & the three albums, then I will accept your rates. But please, PLEASE youtube/spotify the songs that you are unfamiliar with.

04. There is a MAXIMUM of 9 "10"'s (9 because that's how many UK #1's they achieved!)

05. The deadline is TUESDAY - 20th August 2013 at 23:59 BST.

Cheesy, generic, 'dinky-dink' rnb with two (oh, and Goodbye, but that's more Spiceworld for me) stand-out exceptions. A 2000 amazon review said, 'Spice Girls are ruined with this album'. Yep :( .

I heard 'Forever' for the first time today, in full and I completely agree with you in the fact that it's just all, wishy-washy, tinny R&B-lite pop. The Spice personality that was in the first two albums was completely removed (maybe my hatred for Geri should be re-evaluated? :lol:) ! :(

Pretty much this. love the description of their 'rnb'. I think they should have renamed it 'Tell Me Why (Bother)' after the song. I really don't think they should have released it - I' so surprised the record company signed off on it. Holler, Let Love Lead the Way, great, release those as 'retirement singles'. They may as well have done that as they quit the very same year, and at least that way - more hype, more sales, and they wouldn't have ruined the legacy by releasing an album that broke confidence in the Spice brand.

 

Now we can't let an awful album tarnish their other music, as one album doesn't ruin that - loads of bands have bad albums. Oasis slate one of their own for example.

 

I've had to go back and lower my ratings for it even more.

 

Slowly adding to the B-Sides. Just heard Spice Invaders ... wish I hadn't.

ONLY JUST SAW THIS OMG I LOVE THE SPICE GIRLS :wub: My favourite group of all time! :wub: Probably the only people beside Olly Murs where I've heard of every single, album track and B-Side. :lol:

The only omission I've noticed is "My Strongest Suit", but I'll let that slide as it's probably less known than the B-sides. (though it is better than most of them)
