Good god I know I say this all the time but how can Marvin Humes present a weekly show on Capitial, present The Voice, work on This Morning/Surprise Surprise, present the new edition of Stars In Their Eyes, and spend quality time with his wife and kid. And do the JLS farewell gigs as well (even though it feels as if they've COME BACK).

And yet he still can't host very well (it doesn't take much to host The Voice but he was wooden as hell on This Morning).

This is brilliant - why aren't any of them turning around?

I agree with the general sentiment in here that last night's show was a disappointment in comparison with the first - the last two singers were very good though, Will's team is building up to be the strongest.

 

Viewing figures were 7.6m, a 32.8% share - lower than last week (expected) but up from the second episode of last year's series (and more the double the viewers/share of Splash!).

Well that was an embarrassing way to start the show.

The girl was incredible, I missed the first performance, Paul Black was dreadful.

If you were talking about the first woman, I thought she was terrible. The woman who was on last, OTOH, had a very good voice and avoided any vocal histrionics.

Caught up with this ~ it makes it such DULL viewing how slow paced it all is! They need to scrap the amount of VT and talking from the judges!
