December 23, 20177 yr Leon has sady died, aged 83, after a short illness. So sad and I’m heartbroken for June and the rest of their family. He was so hilarious with a lot of love for his family. RIP :(
December 24, 20177 yr This is really sad and shocking considering that he appeared on the last episode of the latest series about a week ago and he didn't look unwell to me. It's also a coincidence that Channel 4 are showing a "best of 2017" programme for Gogglebox today (Christmas Eve). I will miss him, he was one of the most interesting and funny participants in this programme and also an original from the 1st series. R.I.P Leon!
May 8, 20205 yr it’s sad that the reason to bump this thread sort of follows on from the last reason as June has now passed away this week, aged 82 (not Covid related). Really sad to hear, they were my favourite couple on the show :wub:

May 17, 20205 yr I could be alone in thinking this but Gogglebox has been so enjoyable to watch recently, it could be my favourite TV programme at the moment! I always laugh so much whenever I watch this and after a period around 2016 where it dipped in quality it feels like it is reaching new heights now.

July 9, 20213 yr Celebrity Gogglebox USA starts on Wednesday at 9pm on E4. I do hope it works well Is this the same as 'Celebrity Watch Party' in the states? They don't call it Gogglebox. If so, give it a pass. It was awful.

June 11, 20223 yr Same here, parts of it were funny but the show concept isn’t massively my thing. A few pairs I enjoyed - Bez and Shaun, Gyles and Joanna, Rylan and his mum. Was nice to see Sam Ryder on it but him and Scott didn’t seem to get that much airtime, or maybe they just weren’t as funny as the others so were lost in the edit a bit!
