Ooh another new Jake Bugg song. Not doing a lot worse than 'What Doesn't Kill You', still surprised that didn't do too well although it is showing some kind of vague longevity (#69 and #98 currently, think it was boosted by a TV performance last week though).

Tinie finally nearing the top 200 on pre-orders. Hoping 'Children Of The Sun' isn't a TOTAL lost cause, I think it should still easily manage at least top 5, but I really thought it was going to be massive after first listen.

10. Jason Derulo - Talk Dirty (feat. 2 Chainz)

11. Iggy Azalea - Change Your Life (feat. T.I.)

-_-

Hope Iggy gets her top 10 hit, fingers crossed for her :)
#178 Work Bitch

They should release it on Sunday!

Maybe they will... It's had about 6 weeks of pre-orders so should debut top 10.

I'd rather she didn't, a lot of competition on Sunday - if she releases it on a quieter week (like the one she's on) she may stand a better chance of a good position! Glad it's doing so well though.

The segment Britney did at the end of Chatty Man was hilarious

145. Britney Spears - Work Bitch

I wish radio would play this. The smash potential is clearly there, much more so than anything she's released since 'Womanizer'. I do think it'll get top 10, but it could be so much more..

Britney fans shouldn't get too excited. I think she'll be lucky to scrape top 10, there is just zero interest in the song and what there is isn't exactly complimentary.

OK. I'm not saying the song will go top 3 or anything but the pre-orders are strong (and over a long period of time). It certainly is having the pre-order run of a top 10 song right now, it's just a case of whether or not the pre-order is "lying". This could possibly be for the positive (see Eliza Doolittle's 'Big When I Was Little') or the negative (Iggy Azalea's current single).

Honestly 'Work Bitch' could go either way but signs do point towards a return to the top 10.

It's pre-orders seem about 'Loving You' levels and I wouldn't be surprised at a similar chart run. Right now Britney is just not relevant in the UK, there is Miley, Katy, Gaga and normally Rihanna.

The 'Loving You' comparison is actually potentially apt, you could be right. That's why I said the pre-order might be lying. I guess we'll see what happens over the next couple of weeks before we judge anything, but even 'Loving You' went top 15, which wouldn't be a catastrophic result.

Not mean, just making a good comparison! Iggy had pre-orders that seemed to indicate top 5 but it didn't quite happen. Single pre-orders aren't as predictable as EP pre-orders yet, so it's not as easy to predict charting positions based on them. Iggy just happens to be a recent example of someone whose pre-orders seemed to indicate doing better than the reality.

Yea she seemed much more comfortable too!

I understood what you meant, I just said that because your post was right after Iggy dropping out of the top 10 on iTunes lol :P
