It seems that Lucy Spraggan has confirmed that 'Tea & Toast' will be the third single from her second studio album 'Join The Club' following earlier singles 'Lighthouse' and 'Last Night (Beer Fear)'. While Lucy hasn't confirmed this single choice yet, today she tweeted that she had been filming a new music video along with this picture:

 

 

Everyone is assuming this is going to be a video for 'Tea & Toast', if it turns out it isn't then I'll change the topic title. Very happy with this single choice, I think it is definitely the best choice to get more chart success after it did so well on iTunes following the album release! You can watch a video of Lucy performing the song live below:

 

Not as keen on this version of the song to the original, and there are a few other songs that could be great singles instead of this, but it's an okay choice. :kink:

I went to see her in concert last week, she was absolutely brilliant! :wub: The 2 support acts (Shannon Saunders & Andreas Moe) were both fantastic too!

The album version is so vapid, very disappointing given I adore the original!

This single release has now been confirmed with a release date of December 16th! Lucy has also recorded an original Christmas song called 'It Doesn't Feel Like Christmas' for the B-side as revealed here.

Normally I love the support acts, but I found both of them to be incredibly dull Ed Sheeran-esque slush. :( Spraggan was brilliant as expected though, 'Mountains' sounded brilliant live. :wub:
