She's so underrated! :( Have you had a chance to listen to any of 'Freedom' at all? If you do, you should listen to 'Bridges' and 'Beautiful Design', both amazing tracks.

02 I was planning on charting this last week but I already had too many new entries at the top end of my chart (I have 5 heading for the Top 10 this weekend too, eek!). I had a listen to those two tracks but I wasn't too fussed on them - I prefer her more upbeat ones like 'Glitter and Gold', 'Backtrack' and her new single.

 

08 'Thunder' was much more instant to me than 'Wild' or 'It's My Party' so I think it could potentially become my favourite from this album. Isn't it about God? I can't say it bothers me but I can see why some would find it a little silly! :P

 

19 I don't think it's her best video but it is very good. I like the gothic look and how eerie it is; I didn't realise how dark and Rated R-esque it sounds until the video so that's probably the main reason it's climbed.

08 I really liked 'It's My Party' too! I don't think it's anywhere as bad as people make out; even the vocals don't bother me at all, it's just a fun, catchy song. I think 'Thunder' may become my favourite from this album though.

 

19 So happy it's finally got a Top 40 peak. :cheer: I can't remember what 'Love Without Tragedy/ Mother Mary' sounds like but when I listened to Unapologetic earlier this year, I recall it being one of the very few tracks I liked.

 

36 It probably won't be as successful on my charts as their previous two tracks, but it is a beauty and a highlight from If You Wait.

 

Aside from 4 or 5 tracks, the rest of ARTPOP has pretty much clicked with me! 'G.U.Y' or 'Gypsy' should be singles me thinks! :wub:

02 Doesn't look like it will go Top 10 judging by iTunes but Top 20 seems achievable, which was pretty much what I was expecting to begin with. Hopefully her album can debut with good sales this weekend, probably significantly less than Heaven but I wouldn't be too surprised.

 

08 I haven't listened to Alive but I think 'Thunder' has the potential to become my favourite single from it, just because it was much more instant than the other two.

03 I'm quite puzzled that they haven't playlisted them too. I'm not sure if Radio 1 have been supporters of The Wombats before but 'Your Body is a Weapon' is right up their street!

 

35 I agree with that. After seeing the video for 'Think About It' I reckon that was the best remaining choice (the Bastille song would have been good as well). I love 'Hollywood' but it wouldn't have done better than 'Think About It' and I think most people are sick of Emeli Sande now! :P Such a shame that Naughty Boy hasn't been successful when you ignore 'La La La'. :(

01 I prefer 'Wings' but this was still a highlight for me when I checked out the album. Very happy it's a single. :wub:

 

02 I still like it, much prefer this style rather than stuff like 'Nothing's Real But Love'. Happy it's heading for the Top 20 officially. I didn't see her X Factor performance but unfortunately I've heard bad reviews! :(

 

06 Yeah, being overshadowed by 'Somewhere Only We Know' and the lack of radio edit and non-explicit music video is probably why it's plummeted so quickly. Such a shame as it's a great return to form for Lily Allen. I just hope her second single can save the era.

 

08 Not sure how I'd rank it against the other two singles from Alive at the moment but 'Thunder' has definitely been the most instant for me - 'Wild' took ages to click!

 

10 I haven't checked out the album. I did ask someone about what it was like as I loved 'Dance Your Pain Away' but I was told it didn't follow the disco theme. 'The One Who Loves You Know' sounds quite Christmassy I think, love it! :wub:

 

35 I agree, I'd be happy with Top 75 for this. I reckon If You Wait will be discounted in the New Year so will probably shoot up the Top 40 regardless of the effect 'Nightcall' has.

Nice to see Thunder in there. Along with Wild on Jessie J's best this era, I really like that Birdy song too but I'm unsure whether I'll actually chart it or not. Awesome to see GaGa dominating and nice to see Losing Sleep in there. Great song much prefer it to Cheating ^_^

'Wild' didn't do very well on my chart but it has since really grown on me (the solo version is the best) and I now really like all 3 of Jessie J's singles this era.

 

I hope you do chart 'Light Me Up'! :D It's a lovely song, and 'Wings' is definitely worth a listen too if you haven't already. Unfortunately, 'Light Me Up' will take a bit of a tumble this week as I have a few high new entries coming!

 

I think I may prefer 'Cheating' to 'Losing Sleep' but both are very good - not up their with the quality of 'Love Me Again' though! :wub:
