Completely unsurprising. I say I'm sure that Sam will win, but there's that nagging feeling in me that it will be Nicholas :( Wasn't a MASSIVE fan of Luke, but he was pretty good and I would have preferred to hear him tomorrow than Nicholas.

Luke will be fine. He made it far enough to be signed anyway. :P

So gutted for Luke was the better singer of the two boys, but its been a poor series overall. Sam will walk it tomorrow, not my ideal choice of a winner, as I really thought Tamera was the worthy winner of the series.

Okay... not shocked luke went. Nicholas is only getting votes cause he's from Scotland I think. Sam to win by like 99.9% tomorrow please :)

This is going to be so embarrassing for the winner. Luke will outsell Nicholas when he wins.

Probably the best case scenario all around. Luke coming third means he won't have to worry about the winners "curse" for males but making the final should assure him some deals. He won't have as much pressure too.

 

I think the only thing at stake now is how successful a career Sam will get from this. As for Nicholas, I really can't see him doing any better than Leon Jackson and Joe Mcelderry.

 

Anyone in Ireland tried voting? Got the numbers from the tv3 website. Decided I'd start with the final but I kept getting a "You are restricted from calling this number" message.
